A staff member at The Saem recommended this, but after using it, I got an allergic reaction around my eyes. I suffered for a while because of it. I was amazed at how well it removed even the most stubborn waterproof mascara - comparable to Kiss Me brand! It's gentle on the skin with minimal irritation, and it doesn't leave an oily residue. This makes it comfortable for double cleansing too. The price seems quite steep... I was pleasantly surprised by how well it removed my makeup! It cleansed thoroughly without causing much irritation to my skin, which I really appreciated. After removing my makeup, it left a slight richness that made my skin feel hydrated. As time passed, it became a bit... drying, which I didn't like much. Also, having to shake it before each use was a bit of a hassle. I recommend washing it off right after use! It exceeded my expectations. *Ingredients Sometimes when using lip and eye removers, if even a tiny bit gets in my eyes, they can feel itchy or tingly. But with this product, maybe due to its good ingredients, I didn't really experience that discomfort. *Cleansing It removes makeup incredibly well! I cut a cotton pad in half to make two pieces, soak them thoroughly, and place them over my closed eyes. I gently press the cotton pads onto my eyes for about 5-10 seconds, making sure to cover the entire eye area. Then, I simply wipe away, and it removes everything - eyeliner, eyeshadow, the works. Afterwards, I use a cotton swab with a bit of the remover to gently clean along the waterline, and it effortlessly removes any remaining eyeliner. *Value for money It often goes on sale, so if you buy it then, the price is quite reasonable! While it's not super cheap, it's definitely worth the price. I'll absolutely be repurchasing it. There wasn't really anything I disliked about it. First off, I trust this product because of its great ingredients. The scent isn't overpowering, and its cleansing effectiveness seems above average compared to other products. Initially after use, there's a bit of richness left around the eyes, but as time passes, I notice a feeling of deep dryness. The cleansing effectiveness was really impressive! The scent wasn't artificial and was quite pleasant. It seems to have more oil content compared to the I*** lip and eye remover I used before. As someone with extremely sensitive skin around the eyes (I once developed freckle-like spots from wearing a face mask for 4 days straight due to the metal nose piece, so please keep my sensitivity in mind), I bought this rather expensive remover from TheSaem. Unfortunately, it stings my eyes terribly when I use it. The next morning, my eyes are puffy and swollen. Also, when applied to the lips, it causes a burning sensation. Kiss Me mascara is notoriously difficult to remove without a special remover, but this one comes off easily! Just hold a soaked cotton pad on your lashes for about 5 seconds, and it wipes away effortlessly without any irritation to your eyes. The price is on the higher side compared to other products, though you can snag it for around $8 when it's on sale. That's why I'm deducting one star.
