In the pan, it's a light purple, but on the cheeks, it has a pink undertone and applies with more vibrancy. It's lovely on its own, but since it goes on quite vivid on my cheeks, I prefer layering it over other colors. -Texture It applies with a soft, powdery finish without feeling heavy. The pigmentation is excellent with no excess powder fallout. The staying power is also impressive. Even if you're not precise with the amount, it's easy to apply without looking overdone. You can build up the color from sheer to intense as desired. Since it works well with tools, I recommend a dense brush that can really buff the product into the skin for the best color payoff. -Packaging The material tends to attract dust and shows scratches from everyday use easily. It can get quite grimy over time. I love that it comes with a mirror - so convenient! The color appears more vibrant on the skin than in the pan. The packaging gets dirty easily. On my cheeks that are prone to redness, it can make me look like a baked sweet potato if I'm not careful.

I bought this NARS blush after seeing it recommended for fair skin, and I'm so glad I did! It gives a beautiful, fresh pink glow. As expected from the masters of blush, NARS really delivers the best. I honestly can't think of any downsides. I've never been disappointed by a NARS blush!

NARS is a brand you can trust when it comes to blush. The product quality is excellent. As time passes, a reddish tint appears, so it might not be ideal for cool-toned skin. I wouldn't recommend this for those prone to redness. - pa********Dry SkinRecommendedJun 7, 2020
The color is like a pink hue with a drop or two of light purple. Since it's a compact powder formula, it's easy to control the color intensity! Those with redness should be cautious as it might make your face appear more flushed. There's a significant difference between the outer appearance and how it looks when applied. NARS blushes are so well-known for a reason! They give a subtle, beautiful color payoff that's just lovely. It's a popular item these days, but there's some powder clumping. As someone with cool undertones, I was hesitant about 'Sex Appeal' blush because I thought it might make my face look sallow. But when I heard this was the cool-toned version, I gave it a try. For a lavender blush, it doesn't have too much white base and looks quite natural, which I really like. Hmm... The color is more subdued than I expected. It kind of makes my complexion look a bit darker... It applies really well with a Daiso powder brush!

It's perfect for use all year round. True to Nars quality, it has excellent staying power. As time passes, a reddish tint starts to appear. This might be due to my natural tendency towards redness in my complexion. To minimize the redness, try applying a base blush with a white undertone first, then layer this blush on top.
