I'm really pleased with the sample I'm using. The subtle lift in my eye corners after application - that's just my imagination, right? The downside? The price... the price... and perhaps the ingredients? That's about it, nothing else to complain about. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 9, 2022
Compared to eye creams from Sisley, La Mer, or Fresh, this one has a slightly lighter texture and feels less rich. However, it provides hydration that's suitable for year-round use and doesn't cause makeup to pill. Previously, I used other eye creams for nighttime and the Bobbi Brown one for daytime. This cream has a soft texture that spreads easily and absorbs well. It's not heavy or greasy when applied around the eyes or lips. It seems perfect for those in their 30s. While I'd still recommend Sisley, La Mer, or Fresh for nighttime use, Guerlain works great for daytime. After all, eye creams are more about prevention than eliminating wrinkles, so as long as it's hydrating and non-irritating, it does the job. The Guerlain lid is quite inconvenient to open. It looks luxurious and pretty, but it's not very practical when you actually use it. In the morning, it's best to gently pat the product around your eyes with your fingertips. At night, try incorporating a lymphatic massage around the eye area while applying the cream. Personally, I focus on massaging the muscle between my eyebrows. This area tends to tense up due to facial expressions, and if I don't massage it daily, it becomes noticeably prominent. - li**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 7, 2021
I've never seen an eye cream better than this. It instantly smooths out fine lines when applied. The only downside is that there's nothing to complain about, haha! If I had to nitpick, you should use just a small amount before makeup. For best absorption, gently pat it in with your fingertips. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedSep 1, 2020
Incredibly moisturizing and gentle. Absolute perfection for dry skin. I haven't found a better product for smoothing out fine lines. It's quite pricey. If used daily, it runs out in a month, so I save it for special occasions, applying it only the night before. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 2, 2019
I've been using this product since my 20s and I'm satisfied with both its texture and how it absorbs. Compared to other eye creams, I gave it high marks for anti-aging benefits. When I was younger, I was skeptical about how effective it could be, but now in my mid-30s, I'm reaping the rewards of over a decade of use - I look younger than my peers (or have no wrinkles)! As it's specialized for anti-aging, it might feel rich during summer. However, it absorbs well, making it suitable for use all year round. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 9, 2019
After applying this, I feel like the area around my eyes has definitely become firmer. I'm committed to applying it religiously twice a day, morning and night! The price is really disappointing... It's so expensive. However, in terms of effectiveness, it's the best I've tried so far... If you apply this after the Guerlain eye serum, the effects are tripled... - ja******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 29, 2019
As someone who's tried countless eye creams from drugstore to high-end brands, I can confidently say this product is the best I've ever used. I apply it not only around my eyes but also on my nasolabial folds. The price is quite steep and the amount you get is on the smaller side. I find myself being so frugal with it that I only use it when my skin is really acting up, which is a bit frustrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedSep 5, 2019
Using this with the eye serum from the same line worked wonders. My drooping eye corners lifted back up! I was in my late 20s then, so not super old, but this product truly revived my eye area. Instead of getting eye treatments, just apply this twice a day, morning and night... A little goes a long way - I use up one bottle of this for every two bottles of eye serum. I'm currently on my third bottle, but if you count all the samples I've begged from sales reps, I've probably gone through more than five bottles! It's seriously worth its weight in gold considering the amount you get... Phew! But aside from the price, there's really nothing to complain about... For best results, use after applying the eye serum from the same line - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 17, 2019
I've been using this product for about 7-8 years now. While it's great for the eye area, it's truly exceptional for nasolabial folds. It might not work miracles on severely deep lines, but for typical nasolabial folds, you'll see noticeable improvement in just 3-4 days if you apply it generously and pat it in with your fingertips. That's why, despite the high price, I keep coming back to this product. I've tried various others like La Prai* and Lan*, and while they felt moisturizing upon application, in terms of effectiveness, this product is hands down the best. The texture is quite rich. The price point is a bit steep, which is unfortunate. I usually buy it as a set at duty-free shops, but when I run out, I'll even purchase it from department stores to keep using it. The rich scent might be polarizing for those in their 20s and 30s. Although the texture is on the richer side, I've never experienced any blemishes on my combination skin, even when I apply it generously. For nasolabial folds, I recommend applying a bit more than you would around the eyes and gently patting it in with your fingertips until it's fully absorbed - the results are truly impressive! - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedOct 30, 2018
I received this as a gift and used it as an eye cream. It's wonderfully hydrating and doesn't cause any blemishes. The fragrance is absolutely delightful too. I came here to check the ingredients, and I'm impressed - they're fantastic! As a student, I probably wouldn't spend my own money on this. I previously used a Sulwhasoo eye cream that my mom gave me, and I think the effects are pretty much the same.
