I bought this after reading the reviews. It has a matte finish but also great coverage. I love that I only need to use a small amount. Since I only use a small amount, as someone who doesn't wear makeup often, I couldn't finish it before the expiration date. The coverage is truly top-tier among the best... About 6-7 years ago, when I was really stressed about acne, a friend recommended this. I bought it through international shipping and used every last bit, even rolling up the tube. As a student then, I couldn't afford to keep buying it internationally, so I stopped and forgot the name... - You don't need a concealer. Whether it's The Saem, Clio, or even high-end brands like NARS, this beats any concealer in terms of adherence and coverage!! Highly recommend for those desperate for coverage. - I still have combination dehydrated skin with deep dryness, and back then I had lots of blemishes too. Despite my limited makeup experience, it never looked cakey or separated where applied. Zero issues. It didn't break down much either. - An incredibly small amount is more than enough to cover multiple spots. - The quantity might look small, but you'll realize it's actually a beast of a product that lives up to its name, practically a jumbo size^ㅡ^ - The tube can tear easily/prone to leaking from the sides or opening, so be careful!! - As the coverage is intense, it tends to apply quite thickly. - If you accidentally apply a bit too much, your makeup can easily become heavy. - Apply it REALLY REALLY thinly! It's enough. - It was fine for my combination dehydrated skin, but if you have extremely oily skin, it might not break down prettily if applied too heavily or thickly Apply very thinly! A little at a time..! The texture is thick, so it's not suitable as a foundation for the entire face

While searching for a foundation to apply on model faces, I saw many recommendations for Dermacol, so I decided to buy it! I read reviews saying it tears easily, and sure enough, it did tear - what a shame! u25a0 Packaging It's really smaller than I expected. I had no idea it would be this tiny! Since you only need to use a little, it should last a long time. It's a squeeze tube type, but it's extremely stiff and hard to get the product out. I feel like the outer packaging might tear with continued use (and eventually, the side did tear, unfortunately). u25a0 Color #207 I bought shade 207 to use on models with a 21 shade skin tone. Since I needed it for a makeup exam, I wanted something slightly lighter than a 21 shade, and this was perfect. If you're around a 22 shade or want a natural 21 look, it might be a bit light for you. When applied to a model between 22-21, it gives a brighter, one-shade-lighter effect. u25a0 Texture & Scent It's a cream foundation, not liquid. This was my first time trying a cream foundation while preparing for the makeup exam. I have a stick foundation at home too, but it's quite thick. Dermacol is also on the thicker side and very stiff when squeezing out. It's hard to dispense. You really need to use a tiny amount - even smaller than a pea-sized drop. You'll get the hang of controlling the amount as you use it. The scent is slightly soapy with a hint of floral notes. u25a0 Coverage Due to its thick consistency, the coverage is naturally excellent. I tried covering a tattoo on my hand, and with just one swipe, it covered it to some extent. Applying it thicker would probably cover even more, though I don't think it would completely conceal it. It should cover most blemishes well. It applies with a matte finish, so I think it will resist makeup breakdown. For makeup exams, which are almost like stage makeup, you need something thick and matte - this fits the bill perfectly. u25a0 Waterproof After applying it and exposing it to running water, it seems to be definitely waterproof. The water just beads off! u25a0 Removal Despite its thickness, I thought it might be hard to remove, but fortunately, it comes off well with both oil and water-based cleansers. Still, you get the feeling you need to cleanse extra thoroughly. u25a0 Overall A cream type, not liquid! Focused on coverage rather than natural makeup! Creates a thick skin appearance! Skin looks good, but not in a clean and natural way! Likely good for oily skin! Seems long-lasting! Matte finish! Perfect for makeup exams! Be careful when using as it can tear easily! Tears easily, unfortunately. Comes out very stiffly. Requires a lot of force to squeeze out. My holy grail foundation! It's incredibly matte, but you can easily mix it with other foundations. I've never seen another foundation that can beat its coverage. The coverage is excellent! It really covers well. When applied too thickly, it feels like wearing a mask. It looks prettier when spread thinly. I was searching for a foundation with strong coverage, and now I see why it comes so highly recommended. The coverage is absolutely top-notch! Using this product alone might result in a thick base, so I suggest mixing it with a liquid foundation for best results.

It's tricky to control the amount. The texture is a bit matte, making it challenging to apply directly. You'll need to warm it up on the back of your hand first or mix it with oil in winter for easier application. I personally use a small amount, warm it up on the back of my hand to spread it out, and then apply it.

It's oilier than expected, and the jar packaging means you end up discarding quite a bit when you scrape off the top layer. While the product quantity is generous, so it's not a huge issue, the staying power is slightly lacking.
