I started using this after regularly getting treatments at the salon, as the cost was becoming a burden. Surprisingly, it gave me similar results to the professional treatments. Now I'm wondering why I spent so much money at the salon all this time! The amount seems a bit small. I have thick, long hair, so I go through it quickly. Apply the hair mask, brush your teeth, do your routine, then wait before rinsing. Your hair stays bouncy and flowing for two days! Can't think of any downsides... The price is satisfying considering how well it works.

I tried this because a friend recommended it, but I didn't see any dramatic improvements... The bigger issue is that I had no idea the ingredients were like this. It doesn't work wonders overnight. I received this as a gift and I'm so glad I did. The fragrance is lovely, but what really impressed me was how I could feel my damaged hair recovering. Since I tend to use products generously, the volume feels frustratingly small to me. Apply it, leave it on for about an hour, then rinse it out. After using a low pH shampoo, I tried this hair pack as a treatment. The scent was okay. I applied it for 10 minutes, rinsed, and dried my hair - wow! It left my hair moisturized without making it puffy. I'm impressed! The price is reasonable too! The downside is that you need to use it again when you wash your hair the next day. After using Nu Skin shampoo, my hair feels incredibly stiff. This conditioner makes it slightly softer, and it's definitely more effective at softening than the other one. The quantity is small for the price, and what about all those parabens? If they're harmful, they should at least make the product gentler on the hair. Not recommended
