On days when your skin feels super sensitive, be cautious when using an exfoliating toner as it may cause a tingling sensation. Usually, it absorbs cleanly into the skin, leaving a refreshing finish. In summer, applying just this toner after cleansing feels like it maintains adequate hydration all day long. For winter, it works perfectly when I layer an emulsion on top of the toner. Aesop products generally have such pleasant scents that using them always puts me in a good mood. While this product isn't exceptional, it seems to be a solid basic toner that's great for your everyday skincare routine. As someone with dry skin, I didn't find it particularly hydrating. It seemed better for balancing the skin. Considering the price, the effects aren't outstanding. The bottle opening was a bit inconvenient at first, causing me to spill quite a bit.

As someone with oily skin, I'm really satisfied with this product. It absorbs quickly, and compared to the Bitter Orange version, it feels more hydrating. Since it's not particularly hydrating, using a moisturizer afterwards is almost essential. First off, the fragrance is incredibly soothing for both mind and body. When I apply just this toner in the morning and spend time at home without any special activities, the scent lingers for about 2-3 hours. That's why it's perfect for a refreshing mood boost on my days off. Above all, the price is wickedly high.
