I'm actually undergoing treatment for atopic dermatitis. I was struggling to find products that worked for me, even those sold at dermatology clinics. Then I received the Goodcera Body Wash as a gift, which is formulated with ceramides and has a slightly acidic pH. I'm now on my third bottle! First off, it's an oil-based wash, so it doesn't leave my skin feeling squeaky clean, but rather moisturized, which is great (the oily feel is perfect for my atopic skin). As someone looking for skin-friendly products, I dislike body washes or emulsions made with artificial fragrances. This wash has a subtle ceramide scent, almost fragrance-free, which is exactly what I've been searching for. After using this nearly fragrance-free product, I can't stand using body washes with fruity or floral scents anymore. They're just too overwhelming. I hope this Goodcera line doesn't get discontinued or sell out. I'd love to keep using it for a long time! The price is a bit on the higher side (but it's worth it because it's so good). Compared to other body washes, it doesn't lather as much, so you need to squeeze out more product halfway through your shower. What tips could I possibly give for a body wash? Haha! Just try it out for yourself - it's really that good! - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 1, 2019
I've switched to using this not just for my face, but for my body too. I love that the ingredients are safe. It removes makeup effectively and I'm using it instead of a body scrub. It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean, making summer showers so much more enjoyable! The pump's on/off switch doesn't lock in place well, which is a bit inconvenient. I'm also using it as a hand cleanser. It's truly versatile! - lo********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 27, 2018
It's a transparent gel formula that's lightweight and lathers well. I didn't feel any dryness after showering. The fragrance-free formula might not appeal to those who prefer scented body washes. Also, it's a bit on the pricey side. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 26, 2018
The Goongbe Cera Ato Relief Oil Wash leaves your skin feeling moisturized even after rinsing. It's not the type that leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean, so it's gentle enough to use on your face without irritation. The transparent gel formula creates a rich lather, allowing for a softer cleansing experience. Even before applying a moisturizer, my skin felt comfortable without any dryness. I was worried the oil emulsion might feel heavy, but surprisingly, it felt refreshing. I was satisfied with how it seemed to lock in moisture better than water-based products. If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that it has a scent similar to dish soap. Also, it's not the type of cleanser that gently dissolves dead skin cells while cleansing. - ha*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 13, 2018
This oil wash is gentle enough for sensitive skin and even suitable for babies! As someone with drier body skin than facial skin, I found this more hydrating than regular body washes. The oil-based formula really leaves my skin feeling moisturized. It's unscented, which some might not prefer. The lather disappears quickly, so you may need to use more product midway through washing. After patting dry, I applied the Goodcera Oil Emulsion right away and my skin feels so hydrated!
