It's essentially a water-based formula with green tea extract or green tea water. While the color isn't super intense due to the green tea water base, I can't say I notice a big difference in terms of extract content and effectiveness. It absorbs well, doesn't feel sticky, and is great for those who respond well to green tea. The volume is a bit small for a toner. Also, the opening is a bit frustrating to use. I've purchased and used over 4 bottles of this product. The water-like texture absorbs instantly into the skin without leaving any residue, sinking in beautifully. For those with combination dehydrated or oily skin like me, it's perfect. In winter, it might feel slightly drying after application, but I follow up with an emulsion. For best results, store it in the refrigerator. Before applying makeup, soak a cotton pad with the chilled toner and place it on your face. This product is excellent when used as a toner. It's outstanding for managing dead skin cells. First-time users might experience a slight burning sensation, possibly due to the green tea ingredient, but you'll quickly get used to it. As someone with super sensitive skin that reacts badly to even the mildest skincare products, I decided to try this one due to its excellent ingredients. I'm pleased to say it's incredibly gentle! There's hardly any scent, which makes it perfect for daily use without any worries. There's not much to complain about, really. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the packaging design is a bit plain and bulky. But that's about it!

As someone with super sensitive skin, I was on the hunt for a gentle toner when I decided to buy this. I felt the price was a bit on the steep side. While there weren't any particular issues, I didn't find it especially impressive either. After trying it just once, I switched to a different toner.
