I personally love the mask sheet material. It's generously soaked with essence. The price is way too high, unfortunately. The scent isn't great either. I felt a noticeable boost in hydration after using the mask with its perfect amount of essence. It's a solid performer without any major drawbacks. While I don't have any particular complaints, I didn't notice the brightening effect that the product name suggests. 
hy*********Dry SkinJul 22, 2019I received this product through Hwahae and here's my review after using it: First off, the sheet itself isn't irritating and doesn't feel rough, which is great. The essence is well-absorbed into the sheet, making the mask feel wonderfully hydrating when you use it. The amount of essence is just right - not too little, and it absorbs well into the skin. Well... Although they say the brightening effect is only for one-time use, given that this is specifically a brightening mask, I didn't notice much of a brightening effect after removing it. Still, it does leave the skin feeling hydrated.

It left my face feeling plump and hydrated, giving me that 'Inner Glow' sensation. There was plenty of essence, enough to cover my neck too. I appreciated how it wasn't sticky, making it feel light and comfortable. The brightening effect seemed temporary, so I wouldn't set high expectations for that. However, as with any skincare product, I believe consistent use might lead to some improvement. I felt like my face became a bit brighter! While some reviews mentioned blemishes appearing, I didn't experience any, and my existing acne didn't worsen. The morning after using the mask, when I touched my face, my skin felt incredibly smooth. I liked that it had a gauze sheet. While it wasn't incredibly adhesive, it stayed on well enough that I could dry my hair while wearing it, which was great. My skin looked slightly brighter after removing the mask. Even though I have acne-prone skin, I was pleased that this didn't cause any new blemishes. Brightening masks don't typically dramatically whiten the skin, but when I used this without knowing what it was, it felt more like a hydrating mask than a brightening one. I usually don't apply the essence from face masks to my body because they all feel sticky to me. Instead, I only leave the mask on for about 10 minutes. If it feels drier than when I first applied it, I add some of the leftover essence on top. I was lucky enough to win this mask in a Hwahae event. The mask sheet is thicker than I expected, which helps it adhere well to the face. The essence has a pleasant scent, and after use, my skin feels a bit softer and smoother. I first used this during my period, which might be why I didn't notice any significant effects. Even though I consistently used it every 1-2 days, I hardly saw any brightening results. There isn't much excess essence left in the packet either. After removing the sheet mask, there's a bit of stickiness, and disappointingly, the dryness returns after a while. The essence is generously applied and the sheet mask is thin, adhering perfectly to the skin. There was absolutely no irritation. I've heard that sometimes sheet masks can cause blemishes, but this one was great. I also really liked the fragrance. I'll need to use it consistently, but I was hoping for more brightening effects. At this point, it's not quite there yet... I'll have to keep using it to see better results. I recommend using this mask after exfoliating dead skin cells, as it doubles the effectiveness. Since it's a brightening product, it won't be effective during your menstrual cycle and might even cause blemishes. It's best to avoid using it during that time.
