It absorbs well and provides great hydration. The packaging is also adorable! It worked well for me, so I don't have any complaints. However, I was a bit surprised when I looked at the ingredients. It would be great if they could improve that aspect. - fk*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinApr 22, 2021
At first, it seemed to suit me well. For real. However, the more I used it, the worse my skin blemishes became, so I completely switched to something else. I'm now using the leftovers on my feet. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 13, 2020
Applies very smoothly and feels refreshing on the skin. The carrot scent isn't overpowering, just a typical cosmetic fragrance. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's as effective on milia or skin texture as the advertisements claim. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 27, 2020
Nothing particularly bad or good about it. I fell for the ad promising a 100% refund if it doesn't work. You need to use at least two bottles to know, so I even made an additional purchase. However, I haven't seen any effects on my blemishes. I'm not sure if they really offer refunds, but it's not particularly bad either. I'm just using it because it's too much hassle to return. No real pros or cons. I'm not sure if it's significantly effective for those concerned about blemishes. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 30, 2020
It's gentle and moisturizing. Even worked well for my atopic skin. The packaging is really beautiful too! I've finished the product and now I'm using the container as a diffuser. I bought it on sale, so it was okay for me, but while it's not overly expensive, the quantity isn't that much. I found myself using it up pretty quickly, unfortunately. - sa****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 26, 2020
I bought this after being swayed by the ads, but rather than smelling like carrot seeds, it has more of a fresh, orange air freshener scent. I have an oil allergy and my skin usually reacts badly to massages in Southeast Asia, but I heard carrot seed oil is good for blemishes, so I decided to give it a try. Thankfully, my skin didn't have a severe reaction. Since it's an oil-like serum, my face definitely doesn't feel dry in the morning. Usually, my T-zone gets oily while my cheeks feel tight when I yawn, but that's not the case with this - my skin feels soft even during morning cleansing. It gives too much of an Inner Glow if I apply it before makeup, so I only use it before bed. Right after application, it gives a slight sheen and glow, and over time, it maintains a slightly sticky, firm feeling. For combination dehydrated skin like mine, it might be a bit heavy for summer use. I'm hoping for the tone-evening effect they claim comes with consistent use! It's called a carrot serum, but carrot seed oil is only the 10th ingredient... Why even bother with the extract? 4/2 Update: I've been using it for about 3 weeks now. It seemed fine at first, but it seems to be gradually getting worse. Usually, my skin itches immediately if something doesn't suit me, but that didn't happen with this. I typically only get acne on my chin while the rest of my skin is healthy, but since using this serum, I've been getting pimples around my nose area. I thought maybe I wasn't cleansing properly, so I've been more careful with that, but when my period is approaching, it's supposed to calm breakouts - instead, they're worse than usual. The second photo I've attached shows my skin on the first day of use versus now, after 3 weeks. The left photo is a bit hazier, but you can clearly see that my skin looks less irritated. Even though it's a natural oil that's supposed to be good for acne, I guess it doesn't work for everyone. It seems I can't use any oils at all... I'll have to give this to my mom! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 14, 2020
My skin type is combination dehydrated. I have pores and blemish scars. I can't use heavy formulas that clog pores. If there's even a bit too much oil, my pores get blocked easily, leading to sebum buildup and blemishes, so I mainly use light, hydrating products. In the morning, my makeup tends to look patchy, so after serum I go straight to sun care and cushion foundation. The Ohaerin product was great - even with just the serum alone, it absorbed well into my oily skin, leaving it hydrated and fresh. The texture is a nicely flowing serum that applies smoothly, and layering it twice gives a glow that lasts even after makeup. Overall, it seems to calm my skin without causing major blemishes, so I'm definitely considering repurchasing! There is a distinct carrot scent... earthy maybe? At first, it was a bit off-putting, but as I kept using it, I got used to it and now it's fine. There's a promotion right now - if you buy 3 on the official site, it's only $13. Even buying one for $19 is a great value! At the original price (late $30s), it would just be an average product. The carrot oil seems to balance oil and moisture well! Highly recommended! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMar 11, 2020
After about two weeks, I feel like my overall complexion has brightened. It seems to even out my skin tone, leaving it smooth and radiant. The advertisement suggested using this product alone, but it feels a bit too dry for that. It might not provide enough hydration on its own. - bs*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 3, 2019
I was worried because I heard that cosmetics containing carrot often have an overpowering scent, but surprisingly, the fragrance wasn't as strong as I expected. I received this as a gift and tried it, but my skin completely broke out. At first, I felt a slight tingling sensation, but since the reviews were all positive, I decided to use it for a few more days. However, my skin became red and irritated, and even developed some blemishes. If you have super sensitive skin, please make sure to patch test before using this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 3, 2019
As someone with combination and seborrheic skin, I'm quite picky about skincare products. However, this carrot serum that was recommended to me feels on par with high-end brands. The carrot scent isn't overpowering, and the packaging is absolutely lovely. I didn't notice any particular drawbacks or disappointments. The only thing worth mentioning is that while not strong, there is a slight carrot scent.
