I apply a cool-toned base lip color first, then layer this on heavily for a stunning accent. It's absolutely gorgeous when you overline your lips and use it as a focal point! Even though I don't usually go for matte finishes and it's been sitting in my drawer, I have to admit it's beautiful. Perfect for summer cool tones! It's a dried rose color. I received it as a gift before and loved it so much I'm using it again. In spring and summer, it's slightly dark, so applying a small amount works perfectly. Last year, I used it all four seasons. The color payoff and staying power are great, and I love the soft, matte finish. It tends to transfer a bit. Highly recommended tint for cool-toned skin! It really adheres well and the scent isn't particularly bothersome. I'd suggest it for a natural makeup look. There seems to be a bit of transfer, and it can emphasize dead skin cells if your lips are very chapped. I love the color, and as soon as I applied it, my complexion seemed to instantly brighten up! Maybe it's just a shade that suits me well... It doesn't transfer much, feels powdery soft, and the color is beautiful. I honestly liked everything about it! To be honest, I bought this last year and I'm only using it now - not that anyone asked, haha! There's honestly nothing bad to say about it. Trying to squeeze out a downside is tough! Since I've only been doing eye makeup while wearing a mask, I can't say for sure, but I imagine it might transfer a bit if you put on a mask right after applying. But that's just a guess - it's hard to find any real cons! Nothing to add.

If you're a true cool tone, you'll want to stock up on a few. People often ask what I'm wearing when I have it on! I'm a summer cool muted tone, and it still gives me such a sophisticated look that I always keep it in my rotation. The staying power is incredible too - it lasts even after eating a meal. If there's one downside, it's that the price is a bit on the higher end. But apart from that, it's absolutely perfect in every way. The warm tone is a versatile dried rose color that's great for everyday wear! It looks beautiful applied on its own and equally stunning when mixed with other shades. Plus, being a velvet tint, it doesn't change color unattractively over time - a major plus! It has a slightly pinker hue in person compared to the photos. Like most velvet tints, it tends to transfer easily. It leaves marks on cups when you drink, which can be a bit frustrating. I always mix this with the 3CE Velvet Lip Tint in Daffodil. For someone like me with a deep undertone and a fall warm complexion, it works incredibly well! The photo shows it mixed with Daffodil, though it appears a bit lighter than in real life.

I occasionally felt itchy after applying it, and it turns out some of the ingredients weren't so great for my skin. It's important to be careful when opening and closing the lid to avoid damaging it.
