It's moisturizing without being greasy. My skin is extremely sensitive, and in winter it tends to get red and feel cracked, so I need to constantly apply emulsion. I've tried everything that claims to be hydrating, but they only made my skin oily on the surface while the deep dryness persisted. After using this product for just 3 days, my skin has completely calmed down. Olibarrier is truly amazing, it's a shame it's not more well-known. It's absolutely fantastic! If you keep layering it, it starts to pill. Since it's an emulsion, it's difficult to maintain long-lasting hydration. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 2, 2020
It would be perfect if it was just a bit less rich. That's the only slight drawback... Even though I have dry skin, it feels quite oily after application. I've noticed more blemishes appearing after using it. It's really quite rich in oils. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 30, 2020
It's not sticky, feels moisturizing, and I really like it. If you're tired of applying multiple products, this one seems good enough on its own. It's unscented, but my kids say they don't like the smell. I find it fine when I use it though. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 14, 2019
It's lightweight and moisturizing. The volume is generous, and it feels incredibly gentle on the skin. I've been really interested in vegan and organic products lately, and this one doesn't disappoint. It feels like it has all the basics covered well. In the dead of winter, this alone won't be enough. You'll need to mix it with an oil or apply an additional layer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 15, 2019
I thought this organic cream would have gentle ingredients, and after trying it, I was pleasantly surprised. It absorbs well into the skin, and the scent is like bananas? It's not off-putting at all, which makes it enjoyable to use. It's perfect for people like me with thin, sensitive skin! The texture isn't as rich as I'd like, so it lacks the oiliness needed for winter use, which is disappointing. After use, since there's no cap and it's exposed in the pump bottle, the residue left behind becomes thick and sticky. - gk**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 12, 2019
Despite containing shea butter and various oils, this cream feels incredibly light and refreshing without any heaviness or stuffiness. Its texture is so fluid it could pass for a summer moisturizer, with an emulsion-like consistency that applies smoothly and absorbs quickly. Yet it doesn't leave your skin feeling tight or dry. While it's lightweight, it doesn't cause deep dryness, making it perfect for those who dislike heavy creams but want hydration as we head into winter. The absorption and moisturizing power are impressive. The pump packaging minimizes air exposure, and it has a very subtle, almost unnoticeable scent from the raw ingredients. Firstly, while the pump design reduces air exposure, the product at the pump's tip is still exposed to air. A cap would have been a nice addition. Secondly, the price is a concern. While it's reasonably priced compared to other creams at around $20 for 50ml, it becomes a bit hesitant when considering a multi-step skincare routine. For someone like me who applies skincare generously, a 100ml cream lasts about a month, meaning I'd need to repurchase every two months, which makes me think twice about buying it again. Lastly, it might be too light for harsh winter use. While the ingredients are good and it absorbs quickly without feeling heavy, it might not provide enough hydration in the dead of winter. If used during this season, it's recommended for evening use only. For the current weather, I recommend using this as part of your evening routine. As the air gets colder, it might feel too light and potentially drying if used in the morning.
