Even with my oily skin, the base stayed put for hours without breaking down! When I first tried it, the primer pilled like dead skin cells. I thought it was because my skincare hadn't absorbed well. But I learned that primers can be silicone-based or water-based, and sometimes they don't play well with certain creams or essences. As a teenager, it wasn't cheap for me, so be careful when purchasing. It's extremely drying... The dryness has caused fine lines to appear where I've never had them before. That's why I only apply it to my T-zone now. The scent is overwhelmingly strong, like a perfume... Perhaps because of this, it irritates my skin and causes blemishes. I recommend applying it to the T-zone. However, the smell is quite intense...
