I used to be obsessed with Éclado. At one point, I switched all my basics to Éclado - BB cream, sunscreen, regenerating cream, foam cleanser, you name it. Before I discovered the Hwahae app, I thought their cosmetics were gentle and high-quality. I even bought the full-size whitening glow cream back then. It felt exactly like applying a sunscreen with white cast. At the time, I liked it because it instantly made my face look whiter. But when I checked the ingredients through the Hwahae app, I was shocked! It's disappointing that it contains 20 caution ingredients and potential allergens. I bought it once to try, but won't repurchase. It does make your skin look greasy and gives a temporary white effect when applied, but it doesn't fundamentally brighten your complexion. Among brightening creams, this one gives the most natural whitening effect and absorbs really well. When you apply cushion foundation over it, your skin looks even brighter. As a brightening moisturizer, this product naturally evens out your skin tone right after application. It's convenient that you don't need to wash it off! It truly lives up to its name as a glow-enhancing product. They say with consistent use, you can see noticeable brightening effects. It doesn't dramatically brighten your complexion... just a natural level of improvement. The glow can look a bit oily as time passes. If you apply too much, it tends to pill. Above all, I'm not really convinced it's good value for money. A little goes a long way for a nice brightening effect. It's not just a name - it's actually a functional whitening product. The absorption isn't great, so you need to apply sparingly. The formula feels heavy due to the mineral UV filters. As I have oily skin, I'm worried the shea butter and acids might cause blemishes. Unlike BB creams or makeup bases that can feel heavy on the skin, this product has an emulsion-like texture that's comfortable to apply. I love how it brightens my complexion when I layer it, so I've been using this instead of BB cream. I've used this for years without issues, but lately my skin has been acting up. Not sure if it's due to fatigue or air pollution, but I'm getting some blemishes if I don't focus on soothing skincare. To achieve a glowing complexion, I mix this product with facial oil before applying.

It brightens my complexion naturally and feels so lightweight! I really enjoyed using it! Unfortunately, it doesn't provide much coverage. It seems better suited as just a regular moisturizer.
