- Ingredients As listed, the ingredients are excellent, causing no noticeable irritation to the skin. - Packaging While it's clear they've made an effort to create eco-friendly packaging, it's quite inconvenient to use and can't be stored upright, which is a hassle. - Absorption Despite the quality ingredients, the absorption is extremely poor. The more you apply, it pills and comes off in clumps. Each application requires too much time and effort. With the trend of many other products with good ingredients hitting the market, I'm not sure why one would choose this product with such poor absorption. - gp******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 24, 2022
I loved how it was moisturizing yet felt light on the skin. The fact that it's fragrance-free was also a plus. It might be challenging to use this alone during winter. The packaging is somewhat inconvenient. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 4, 2022
As someone with oily yet sensitive skin, I struggled to find a post-treatment product after pore and sebum care that didn't make my skin more sensitive. But since using Tone 28's facial moisturizer, I've found the perfect balance. It provides just the right amount of hydration and soothing effects after pore and sebum treatments, while also improving skin texture. It's a win-win! I also love that the packaging is eco-friendly, which makes me feel even better about using it. I do feel the price is a bit on the higher side. But what can you do when this is the only product that works for you? I'd recommend buying it when it's on sale. I'm currently using Tone 28's Bi-ion Cleansing Water along with their facial moisturizer. The results are even better when used together compared to using them separately. - bo********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJun 15, 2022
I appreciate the fragrance-free formula and the eco-friendly packaging. However, there's nothing particularly exceptional about it. It seems this product doesn't agree with my skin. When I applied it to my face, I felt a tingling sensation. So I tried using it on my body instead. It absorbs into the body without stickiness, but feels a bit dry during application. The hydration seems weak, as my skin feels dehydrated even though I don't have dry skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinJan 18, 2022
Oh come on, I can't even give this half a point. Do you really think you can apply this and go out? Is everyone here being paid to advertise? You call this spreadable? The absorption is ridiculous. Sure, it might look okay after some time, but when you first apply it? It's a disaster. There's absolutely no way you can go out in the morning after putting this on. Seriously... I bet even fresh college grads could make a better product than this. Are you all seriously saying this applies well? I must be really ticked off to bother writing this review. Ugh. Ugh, it's just like this company to exaggerate about blue light protection when there's no solid evidence of how blue light affects skin or proof of its effectiveness. They're using pseudoscience to oversell the idea that sunscreen can block it. - gm*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 13, 2022
I use this product during my menstrual cycle or when the seasons change. Usually, I only apply hydrating products, but when my skin gets a bit sensitive or I have a few blemishes pop up, I apply this every evening before bed. Within a few days, my skin improves significantly! While it may not work for everyone, it's a perfect match for me, and I'm really enjoying using it. It's a bit disappointing that it pills when applied before makeup or going out. However, I've heard that this is due to the absence of harmful ingredients, so despite this drawback, I continue to use it regularly. I've been told that applying this product together with a sensitive skin/blemish treatment and a hydrating product creates a synergistic effect, so that's how I've been using it! - 99***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 4, 2021
I've been using this for two months now, and I can see it calming my skin more with each application The pilling was a bit bothersome after application, which was disappointing. It feels slightly heavy for summer use - ha******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 30, 2021
I bought this because it's supposed to be good for sensitive skin. It doesn't cause any blemishes and works well overall! It feels like there are tiny particles in it... I'm not sure which ingredient causes this, but the texture itself feels like an emulsion mixed with granules. The amount is a bit small. I guess that's because the packaging is expensive? - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedSep 29, 2021
At first, I didn't notice, but the more I used it, the more I could feel my skin improving. After hearing many compliments about my complexion from people around me, I've been using it consistently ever since! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Initially, not knowing any better, I applied too much and struggled to get it to absorb. However, when you use the right amount, it absorbs well quickly! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSep 25, 2021
My blemishes got really bad, so I decided to try this. Unfortunately, I didn't see any soothing effects, and it was too drying when used alone. I know you can compensate for dryness with other products, but since I'm using this for blemishes and it's not effective, there's no point in applying it. As a result, it's just sitting unused in my drawer. I have sensitive skin, and while this didn't cause any new blemishes, it also didn't help with existing ones. That's disappointing, but I know skincare results can vary greatly from person to person. For me, it felt like a gentle cream without any particular benefits.
