1. I frequently used this product because the color was so pretty. I have to give credit where it's due for the shade. As for the rest... well... 1. The formula is incredibly drying and feels powdery. If you have dry skin, it doesn't adhere well and the staying power is poor. 2. Without a dedicated pencil sharpener, you'll find yourself in an endless cycle of sharpening and breaking, sharpening and breaking... While I can use eyeshadow palettes for a long time, this product becomes unusable once it dries out after a while. I have absolutely no intention of repurchasing this. The reviewer appreciates the color of the product but finds significant issues with its formula and practicality. They describe the texture as extremely dry and powdery, which leads to poor application and longevity, especially on dry skin. The pencil format is problematic without a proper sharpener, resulting in constant breakage. Unlike eyeshadow palettes that have a longer shelf life, this product becomes unusable as it dries out over time. The reviewer emphatically states they won't be repurchasing due to these drawbacks. - mi*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRednessRecommendedJul 8, 2025
- zy********Normal SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesRecommendedJun 22, 2025
This is an essential item for enhancing your aegyo sal (under-eye puffiness). With its subtle shimmer and soft pink hue, it adds just the right amount of volume to your under-eye area without the need for additional eyeshadow. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The only downside is that it's not in pencil form, which makes it a bit challenging to apply in thin, precise lines. For those unfamiliar, "aegyo sal" refers to the small pockets of fat under the eyes that are considered cute and youthful in Korean beauty standards. This product helps accentuate that feature naturally. - bc****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedJun 22, 2025
I always end up buying this pencil because the color is so pretty, even though it has some drawbacks. It applies as a vibrant pink shade that's perfect for pink makeup looks. As I've mentioned before, the staying power isn't great... I just love the color so much though! The pigmentation is quite good, giving a saturated pink hue that really pops. It's ideal for creating rosy, feminine looks. However, the longevity is a significant issue - you'll likely need to reapply throughout the day. Despite this flaw, the beautiful color keeps drawing me back to it. It's a trade-off between stunning aesthetics and practical wear time. - hj*******Oily SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 9, 2025
It applies smoothly and the color payoff is incredible. The shade is so pretty, it looks gorgeous when applied to the aegyo sal (under-eye area). It breaks very easily and the pigmentation is so intense that if you don't apply it gently, it can look a bit overdone. - dk*******RecommendedApr 24, 2025
It naturally accentuates the aegyo sal (under-eye puffiness) without being overwhelming. You can create a subtle look, and the shimmer isn't too intense. Those with very sensitive skin around the eyes might experience some irritation! - al************Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 21, 2025
This is perfect for those with deep undertones! Shade 02 Rosy Dew is a subtle rose pink with a hint of gold pearl. When applied to the eyes, it naturally brightens and adds a lively look. It's a total lifesaver for warm tones wanting to use pink! The pencil type allows for precise application, and it's great as a base shadow when applied with broad strokes. The texture is smooth, and it adheres well, blending naturally without clumping. Highly recommended as a daily shadow for school or dates! The slight downside is that the pearl effect can be quite strong, so you need to be careful when applying it all over the eyelid. It's best to apply thinly, as too much can make your eyes look puffy. Also, being a pencil type, it can clump if you press too hard. The staying power is decent, but for oily eyelids, a primer is a must for longevity. And since it's a pencil, you might feel like you're using it up quickly, making you want to use it sparingly. Still, the color is so pretty that you'll find yourself reaching for it often! I like to swipe this across my eyelids as a base, then gently pat it with my fingertips to blend. This evens out the skin tone naturally and spreads the pearl effect beautifully! Applying a touch to the aegyo sal (under-eye area) really makes your eyes pop - it's perfect for those with deep undertones and light skin! For everyday wear, I use it alone, but for special occasions, I add a touch of brown shadow for depth, which creates a sophisticated look. Highly recommended! - sj*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 19, 2025
☁️ Price I got a great deal with a 1+1 offer on Ably! If you want to save money, I recommend grabbing the buy-one-get-one-free deal. ☁️ Color payoff It's beautiful! The color is so pretty that you can apply it lightly for everyday use, or build it up for a bolder pink accent. ☁️ Amount Since you don't need to press hard to apply, I haven't even had to sharpen it yet! It's a product that truly lasts a long time, so if you can snag it at a good price, it's excellent value for money. ☁️ Staying power The staying power is really short, which is why some people list it as a product to avoid. If you're considering buying it, keep in mind that it fades quickly! ☁️ Color It might be pinker than you expect, so it could be a bit much for daily use! Applying it lightly works fine, but it fades quickly. At first, you might find the color quite intense. It's great for adding a pink accent to your aegyo sal! - oh********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsMar 16, 2025
This cosmetic allows you to create a lovely pink aegyo-sal effect. The absorbs well is decent, making it convenient to use in pencil form. I especially like that it's easy to carry in a makeup pouch. The strong pearl finish really helps achieve that desired aegyo-sal look. It's inconvenient that you need a special sharpener for the pencil type, and the pencil tends to break easily. Also, the staying power is very poor. - jf*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 2, 2025
This would be great for those wanting a subtle, pinky look for their aegyo sal (under-eye puff). It's not too vibrant, nor too muted or dark - just the right pink that's neither too warm nor too cool. The formula applies smoothly with just the right amount of color. You don't need to fuss much with the amount - it's perfect for creating that slightly uneven, natural aegyo sal look. It doesn't crease and allows for a natural expression! If there's one drawback, it's the staying power... But that's something you have to accept with such an easy-to-use formula. Since the texture itself isn't heavy, it can't have exceptional fixing power. That's also why it doesn't crease in the aegyo sal area... You have to compromise on one thing. However, it fades naturally, just becoming slightly lighter rather than disappearing completely, so it's still pretty good overall. I'm not sure about the other colors, but this shade really pops and makes a statement when you brighten the area underneath before applying.
