As a man in his late 30s with oily skin, I can't find a better cosmetic product than this. The Intensive Moisture Balance is particularly amazing. When you first apply it, it feels slightly rich, but that sensation disappears instantly, leaving your skin feeling like it has a thin protective layer. When I look in the mirror, I can even see a slight porcelain-like glow. It's especially great for winter, so I never leave home without applying it. Personally, I love the scent of tea tree, so I would have enjoyed that fragrance. However, this isn't really a drawback, as I understand that Dermalogica's cosmetic line mostly follows an unscented, additive-free concept. Apart from that, it's truly a perfect 100. After cleansing and applying toner, I mix sunscreen, BB cream, and essence. Then, as a final step, I apply this product as if I'm adding a porcelain glow or creating a barrier on my skin. I absolutely love it. - cr*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 5, 2020
The main advantage is that it reduces oiliness, but it wasn't the right product for me. I used this product on recommendation from an aesthetician, but I had to stop because it caused blemishes. I have super sensitive skin, and while I heard all products from this brand were good, it seems I'm the only one who didn't find it suitable. Now that I look at it, there are some really bad ingredients in there! I spent a lot of money on this and it feels like such a waste... I bought this when I wasn't paying attention to cosmetic ingredients. The scent is also very chemical-like. Don't purchase this product - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinDec 16, 2019
It really helped calm my blemishes... The small bumps have significantly reduced. After using it for 2-3 days, I developed atopic dermatitis around my eyes. I usually get this reaction when using products that don't suit me, but this time it seems worse than ever. I'm not sure if it's this product or Dermalogica's mist, but I suspect it's this one. Also, even though it's supposed to be for extremely dry skin, it's incredibly drying. My skin feels parched 30 seconds after application, no matter how much I apply. I'm considering using it only on my cheeks and chin area.
