It doesn't cause many blemishes. The scent doesn't give me a headache. I like that it's fragrance-free. It turns my face a grayish color. Not a pretty shade... more like ash. The color is quite odd. I want to buy the new product, but it contains fragrance. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 23, 2022
I've been using this product consistently for about 3 years now. With my combination dehydrated skin, I've found it works well year-round, except for summer. However, since becoming pregnant, I've been dabbing it on areas that need coverage even in the summer months. While the ingredients may not all be top-tier, I feel comfortable enough using it. To be honest, I just can't give up on this product because of the amazing glow it gives! The only downside is the ingredient list. But personally, I'm satisfied and continue to use it happily! - on********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 11, 2021
The color is quite pretty. It's great for skin with redness. The glow that develops later is beautiful. It sits on the skin too much... way too much. I had a friend with really good skin try it, and it was extremely noticeable on her too. I had such high hopes, but I'm so disappointed... - pj*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 10, 2021
I can't find anything positive to say about this product. The heavy coverage and thick texture are far from being advantages. As soon as I applied it, it clogged my nose pores like crazy... Why?? This is the second cushion that's done this to me, just like the YSL Encre de Peau cushion I only used once. Ugh. The application feels heavy and thick. Even when layering it lightly, my complexion looks dull right away. For context, I have thin skin with a light cool summer tone (very cool-toned). The color tone isn't pretty at all (Rosy Milk is just a pretty name, but it has an orange tint that makes my face look incredibly dull... zero clean or sheer feeling). It makes my skin makeup look outdated and excessively thick. Yikes! There's hardly any hydration or moisture, and it feels tight and dry as time passes. I only used it twice and now I don't want to use it anymore. Such a failed purchase... I tested it on the back of my hand at Chicor and bought it because the manufacturer was Cosmax, thinking I could trust it. But when I applied it to my face, it gave me a reddish-orange tint, made my complexion look dull, and clogged all my nose pores. I tried patting it in frantically, but the clogging wouldn't go away. From now on, I'm definitely testing products on my face before buying... Oh, my money!! What a waste of money... I just want to throw it away. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMar 9, 2021
- The application is creamy yet lightweight, and with just a few touches, it evens out the skin tone beautifully. It's a game-changer! - It maintains a perfect balance of moisture throughout the day without feeling dry or greasy, and doesn't break down. - The Laneige fragrance is absolutely divine. - While the makeup itself doesn't break down, as a devoted Laneige fan, I hope they can upgrade it to be more mask-friendly in these times, with better adherence to prevent transfer onto masks. - rh****Dry SkinFeb 8, 2021
The hydration lasts for a long time, and it feels slightly matte on the skin. At first, it feels moisturizing, but even though my skin isn't particularly problematic, I found it increasingly disappointing as time went on. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 9, 2021
I have combination dehydrated skin, and whenever I use cushion foundations or regular foundations, the area around my nose always separates after a while. I used to love Clio cushions, but I was always troubled by the separation around my nose. Then I tried this cushion, and even during the season when my skin is most prone to separating, it hasn't happened once! After using this, I briefly tried other cushions and noticed a clear difference. This cushion gives me a beautiful glow and makes my skin look great! However, I think it works best when used in combination with the Uptown Lees puff and their skincare products. I find that applying it with gentle sweeping motions followed by light patting helps cover pores well. I love it so much, and I haven't had any blemishes since I started using it! The downside is that the cushion shades tend to run dark. That's why I'm now using the newly released shade 18 Rosy Milk. Also, after using the cushion for a while, it seems to lose some of its glow and can feel a bit drying. But honestly, it doesn't bother me too much! I'm using all Uptown Lees products for my skincare routine! I've found that this really helps my makeup apply beautifully. I love it so much that I want to recommend it to everyone! - jj*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 8, 2020
I prefer a dewy base for my skin, so I really like the texture of this product. The packaging is also quite luxurious, making it perfect for touch-ups on the go. The only downside seems to be that it's a bit on the pricier side. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 28, 2020
It absorbs well, feels moisturizing, and has a lovely scent, which is why I keep using it The staying power seems to be lacking, and the coverage appears to be on the lighter side - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 18, 2020
It's great for dry skin, providing hydration without a matte finish! If you love that dewy, moisturized look, this might be perfect for you. The longevity is a bit disappointing. I noticed my complexion darkening significantly after some time.
