It absorbs well and is excellent at removing dead skin cells. The seller explained it's a lightweight toner suitable for summer, but I found it has just the right amount of hydration, making it great for refining skin texture even in winter. The price... It's been increasing every year, making it more and more burdensome to use consistently. - lo**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresFeb 4, 2024
This toner offers effective dead skin cell removal and brightening effects. I used it as an exfoliating toner, and it left my skin feeling hydrated without any residue. I'm not sure if it's just my skin, but it caused severe blemishes for me. As a result, I only used it to smooth my skin texture before a wash-off mask and rinsed it off immediately. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 1, 2024
1. Cleared up combination dehydrated skin acne and blemishes completely. No need for dermatologist visits after using this. 1. Expensive price (though still cheaper than dermatologist treatments) 2. Non-recyclable Chanel bottles (I've bought three so far, and they don't accept them for recycling) - el**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 7, 2023
I originally used a product from my dermatologist, but I ran out and the clinic was too far, so I tried this instead. When my skin is in good condition (not during PMS), it doesn't cause any blemishes. Even though I only applied this toner, it provided some hydration. I knew it had a scent, but I couldn't pinpoint what it was until I read the reviews and realized it had a sweet fragrance. I actually like the scent - to me, it's just a pleasant floral smell. Overall, it's pretty good. I've been using this for a little over a month now. The first week was great - my skin felt smooth. But by the third week, it started to feel a bit tingly. I thought, 'Hm, why is this happening? Maybe it's because of my period?' But now, as I'm writing this review, I realize it contains glycolic acid... That explains the smoothness and the tingling sensation. The concentration must not be too high though. I'm not sure exactly how much is in there since I tossed the packaging, but compared to a mask I recently reviewed that had a high concentration and made my face freak out (thankfully it calmed down quickly), this one only tingles for about 5 minutes and then stops. It's fine most of the time, only irritating when my skin is sensitive. Other than that, I'm satisfied! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedJan 12, 2023
It's great for winter use as it removes dead skin cells while keeping the skin hydrated. When I soak a cotton pad with a suitable amount and gently wipe my face, it feels like it enhances the cleansing process too. There's not really anything to complain about, it seems to work well for my balanced skin type. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that I end up using more than expected, so I need to buy a new one every month. - ma******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSep 25, 2022
The signature sweet scent of Sublimage. It might be polarizing, but I personally love it! This toner seems to make my skin feel incredibly smooth. Since it contains glycolic acid and alcohol, I only use it about once a week. It might be suitable for daily use on oily skin, but for sensitive skin, an exfoliating toner like this requires caution. I probably won't repurchase. To reduce the irritation from the alcohol, you can either apply it with a cotton pad or let it sit in your palm for a moment before application. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 23, 2022
I tried this as a sample. First off, if you're sensitive to fragrances, this might not be for you. The texture is somewhat gel-like. I use this before applying Lait-Crème de La Mer, and it's truly amazing. I feel like my complexion is brightening too! I have oily skin and my makeup, even cushion foundation, always used to separate. But after applying this and doing my makeup, my boyfriend said, 'Your skin isn't separating today!' I started with just the Sublimage soap, but after trying this sample, I immediately bought La Crème de Nuit. Now I'm planning to get the skin toner too. The price is wickedly high. The entire Sublimage line seems to be really well-made. As a high-end premium line, I liked it, but the prices for all Sublimage products are truly jaw-dropping. - gu*******Combination SkinRecommendedJul 31, 2021
I went to buy Le Blanc's exfoliating skin product and ended up being persuaded to purchase it, feeling a bit unsure. Since there were no reviews, I'll share my thoughts after using it for about a week as a toner and first essence step! As I used it, I noticed that my skin became more hydrated, my complexion evened out, and my skin tone brightened. The store staff suggested thinking of it more as a hydrating nutrient water essence rather than just a toner. That's probably why it feels moisturizing even when used alone, but I finish with an essence for extra hydration. When my skin isn't in the best condition, I sometimes feel a slight tingling sensation. The store staff advised discontinuing use if this persists. I only experience this when my skin is really acting up, which is likely due to the AHA ingredients. When I have dead skin cells, I apply it with a cotton pad. Otherwise, I warm it in my hands and apply it with a gentle massage. Using it before makeup creates a great synergy!
