The rich lather allows for a refreshing hair wash experience. Personally, I love the subtle floral scent that lingers after rinsing. My hair is thick and coarse, but this shampoo lathers up so well that one pump is enough to wash it all. It leaves my hair feeling soft and manageable. The scent isn't as fragrant as I'd like, which is a bit disappointing. However, everything else about the product is great.
