The skin-soothing hydration feels incredibly fresh and pleasant. After about a minute of application, there's no sticky feeling at all. There's nothing really disappointing about it. I quickly picked up this Aloe Soothing Gel at the supermarket when I needed it urgently. For a rushed purchase, it's not bad at all, so I've been using it without complaints. I keep it in the fridge and use it to instantly cool down burns or skin that feels hot. I'm not sure if it contains volatile ingredients, but it doesn't feel gentle. There's a slight tingling sensation after application, so I avoid using it on any wounds.

Value for money: 5/5 Huge amount for a low price! It's versatile - can be used on both face and body, making it great value. You can apply it thinly or generously, allowing you to control the amount as needed. Hygiene: 2/5 Using your hands to scoop out the aloe isn't very hygienic. It might be better to transfer it to a separate container or buy a tube container to squeeze it out. Coldness: 1/5 As I have sensitive skin, applying it straight from the fridge can actually be more irritating than soothing. It's affordable and works well. I apply it when I get mosquito bites or have itchy skin. While the large size is nice, I'm a bit disappointed with how unhygienic it is to store.

Dead skin cells don't appear as much, and personally, I found it to be really great... You need to control the amount well. Following the advice to store it in the fridge really maximizes the cooling effect. I found it especially useful when I had hives after my COVID vaccine and didn't have an ice pack handy. It helped soothe the fever quickly. As someone with fair skin that tends to turn red rather than tan in summer, I've found this product effective in calming my skin when it gets irritated. While it feels moisturizing when first applied, which is nice, the sticky residue it leaves at the end is a bit disappointing. I love it! It cools down quickly and gets super cold. It's fantastic! Nothing specific, but after it dries, I feel like I need to wash something off?
