When I applied it to hydrated skin, it felt incredibly lightweight and seamless—nothing like other sunscreens that feel thick and heavy. Plus, the scent is lovely. My eyes felt irritated and tingling all day long. Because of that constant discomfort, I won't be repurchasing this product. If you avoid applying it around your eye area, it might work better for you. Great news for those who love a completely clear finish without any white cast! Just a heads up though—this vitamin C product does have that characteristic sharp, acidic scent that comes with the ingredient. If you prefer a product with a visible white cast, this probably isn't for you. I won't be repurchasing. Also, when I use this alone, it causes pilling, so I'd never apply it right before doing my makeup—it just doesn't work that way.

It absorbs smoothly and has a pleasant texture. The scent is also quite agreeable. When applied to the forehead or eyelids, it causes a stinging sensation in the eyes. I have to use a different sunscreen for my forehead and eye area.

If you dislike thick, heavy sunscreens, I highly recommend this product. It applies smoothly and absorbs well. There's really nothing to complain about. It doesn't cause any blemishes and washes off easily.
