I ended up using it on my bare nails that I hadn't been taking care of at all, and I was surprised by how pretty it looked. It suits even short nails well. I'd recommend it for a natural spring nail look. Finishing with a top coat makes it look even more luxurious. It dries quickly when applying, making it a bit tricky to control as it thickens. However, it takes quite a while to fully dry. If you're already skilled with gel nails, you probably wouldn't spend your own money on this. It might not suit those with darker skin tones. Also, using the same color on all five fingers might look a bit dated. Minimize brush strokes - the more you touch it, the stranger it looks. Pick up a good amount and place it on the nail, then gently spread it as if you're smoothing it out. This is how you get a smooth finish. It's quite thick, so it can be challenging to apply. The color is beautiful! It's subtle and not too flashy, but still noticeable when applied. The Wake Make nail polish seems to be quite chip-resistant. You need to apply at least two coats for the color to show up properly. I had to apply several layers because the color wasn't very pigmented. I bought this as my go-to everyday nail polish! The color is a beautifully muted, toned-down pink. It gives off a perfect autumn vibe. It dries quickly, and even with just one coat, the color payoff is lovely. It makes my hands look a bit dull. I was hoping for a nude tone that would blend naturally with my skin, but the color is somewhat disappointing.

The nail brush feels a bit rough, which is disappointing. I wish it was a little softer. I recommend this when you want to achieve a delicate, feminine look. Apply a base coat before using this polish for best results.
