I have a deep undertone and my skin tone is 23. At first, the color seemed a bit light on my skin, but when I applied it to my lips, it just enhanced my natural lip color. I use this as a base before applying other lip products. The formula is matte with a slightly powdery feel, which I absolutely love! The only downside is that it can accentuate dead skin cells on the lips. The swatch photo is as close to the actual color as possible, taken with a Samsung phone.

This was my first time trying a velvet tint, and it felt so smooth on my lips. It's quite pricey for a tint, even for 3CE. I found it more matte than expected. The texture is light and applies smoothly. The color shades are fresh and beautiful. It tends to accentuate dead skin cells (recommend exfoliating before application). There's some transfer, and the staying power isn't great. The color is beautiful! It's a lovely coral shade with hints of orange and pink. I'm really enjoying using this tint. For me, it seemed to emphasize dead skin cells on my lips quite a bit. I'd recommend applying lip balm before using this tint.
