It's been working pretty well for me. Just keep in mind it takes a bit longer to rinse off completely. I was disappointed to discover that this cleansing oil doesn't wash off with just water - you need another product to remove it completely. That's a bit of a letdown. I received a travel-sized kit when I purchased the ampoule, but I wasn't particularly impressed with it. I mistook it for a regular cleansing oil and tried to emulsify it with water after rolling, but it didn't work well. Upon checking, I found out that you need to use a separate product called Phyto Active instead of water. While it dispenses easily onto the hand, the thick texture made it uncomfortable to roll around. Using only water to rinse, I could still feel the slippery oil, though it did go away when I used a second cleanser. The detailed instructions about using another product for emulsification are only on the product page, so I think others might make the same mistake of just using water. It's not even an eye makeup remover, but it cleanses eyeliner perfectly without any stinging sensation! Even though I have combination skin, it didn't cause any blemishes for me. There are no downsides, so I've been using this for several bottles now.
