It looks pretty even when applied just to the inner lips, and it's great when blended all over. The texture isn't too matte, which I really liked. The price? But then again, it's Bobbi Brown, so I guess that's to be expected...

The color is absolutely gorgeous. As someone with a summer cool tone, I can wear this beautifully from fall through winter. The scent... I'm not sure how to describe it, but there's this rubber-like smell. When applied to the lips, the odor keeps wafting up, which was quite bothersome at first. Hmm, I'm surprised this has such good ratings. I couldn't really find any standout features. Maybe the subtle color payoff? The texture... it's so strange. I've never experienced anything like it before. It's slippery yet doesn't apply well to the lips. The color is also oddly ambiguous. No matter what I do, I can't get it to show up on my lips...

The texture is moisturizing and adheres well without being sticky. I've never tried Bobbi lipsticks before because they had a 'mom lipstick' image, but when I went to check out Cabana, wow, I fell in love instantly! I missed the light undertone MLBB trend before, but I've finally found my perfect MLBB. It makes my lips look glossy and hydrated, just like my natural lips. While the staying power isn't the best, I actually prefer that it comes off completely when eating or cleansing. As everyone points out, the scent is indeed an issue... I'm disappointed in myself, as a lipstick enthusiast, for only trying Bobbi lipsticks now. Cool-toned folks who think Cabana won't suit you, make sure to try Bitten!

The 'Bitten' shade is a lovely floral pink that's great for cool-toned individuals. If this color suits you, you'll likely be very satisfied with it. For those with muted skin tones, this might be a bit too vibrant and may not be as flattering. To be honest, that's why I don't reach for it very often. This is my beloved lip product. As someone with a light grayish summer tone, I find the color perfect for a subtle, understated look. The application isn't as smooth as you'd expect for the price, and the staying power isn't great. It absorbs smoothly and leaves skin feeling hydrated! The application is effortless and it blends naturally. The scent is reminiscent of old-fashioned cosmetics, and while it applies moisturizing, it tends to transfer a bit.

I thought the matte case meant a matte finish, but it applies like a lip balm, staining the lips while providing excellent color payoff. I knew this brand was great for foundation, but their lip products are fantastic too. The use of premium ingredients is evident in the quality of all their products. Shade 19 is a perfect match for my cool undertones. I can't think of any downsides... It's truly beautiful. I wish it had a bit more pink, though. This lip line seems to focus more on warm tones, with only two options for cool tones.
