It's great to use after applying a gentle, lightweight sunscreen. The formula is water-like and doesn't produce much foam. It has a pale yellow color. The scent is a bit subtle, and it seems almost all products in this line have a similar fragrance. It's gentle and decent for removing makeup. While it's gentle and okay for removing makeup, the cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong. So if you're looking for a powerful cleanser, I wouldn't recommend this. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 12, 2020
This cleanser is so gentle on the skin yet incredibly effective at removing makeup. The pump dispenser makes it super convenient to use. Even with my dry skin, there's no tightness after cleansing - it's such a fantastic product! It seems perfect for those with super sensitive skin. It even removes lipstick well. Remember, cleansing is the foundation of skincare! There's nothing to complain about - it's excellent! Great value for money too. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 7, 2020
I tried this cleanser after hearing good things about it, and I love how gentle it is on my skin! I'm a bit sensitive to fragrances, and while it's fragrance-free, the scent isn't great unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 5, 2020
My skin has been extremely dry lately, so I've been taking omega-3 supplements to combat the dryness. I had a sample of this cleanser and decided to give it a try. I'm impressed that there's no deep dryness at all, and even my lips, which were quite flaky, feel moisturized now. It seems to suit my skin well, so I plan to keep using it. For reference, I have dry skin. I haven't found any drawbacks yet, but I'll update if I do. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 14, 2019
The texture is gentle and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after cleansing. The citrus scent is personally appealing to me. Its position is ambiguous... It's called an all-in-one, but it barely removes makeup, so it should be considered a first-step cleanser. However, there are many better options for first-step cleansers out there. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJan 31, 2019
I loved that there was no tightness and it cleansed effectively in one go! It's gentle, great for sensitive skin, and has good ingredients, which makes me reach for it often and trust it. Highly recommended. There wasn't really anything disappointing about it, except maybe that it doesn't lather up as much? But I understand that's because it's a mild, pH-balanced product, so it's fine. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2018
I use this Zero Cleanser for double cleansing after my cleansing oil. It doesn't produce much foam, and it has a subtle, pleasant scent. I don't feel any irritation at all, and there's no skin tightness or dryness after washing. My blemishes that used to flare up have calmed down after about two weeks of switching to this Zero Cleanser. Those who prefer cleansers that lather up well might not be fond of this one. - si****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 24, 2018
The scent seems alright, and the cleansing effectiveness is decent. After using it, my skin doesn't seem to have any adverse reactions! The smell isn't bad, but sometimes it suddenly reminds me of dishwashing liquid... haha - dl*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 4, 2018
When I first used it, I experienced what I'd call 'mega sebum' - not quite blemishes, but up close you could see tiny white spots. Though I had to squeeze them, they stopped appearing with continued use. Most importantly, my skin doesn't feel dry after cleansing. I have combination dehydrated skin that usually gets dry right after washing, but this was fine! Since using this, I rarely get blemishes - just the occasional small pimple. The size is generous and it's affordable, so I'll likely keep using it! As I mentioned in the positives, I struggled with a lot of 'mega sebum' at first. It persisted for a few days until I finally had to squeeze them out. While it claims to remove makeup too, it doesn't lather well and its cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly impressive. It's gentle, making it great for a light morning cleanse. - kp***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 8, 2018
The scent is indeed refreshing and pleasant, similar to the citrusy aroma of Dr.3. It feels nice to use and leaves a clean sensation. However, after drying my face with a towel and touching my skin, it felt squeaky clean, which made me wonder if it might be alkaline... When I asked on their website, they confirmed it was slightly alkaline, so I immediately stopped using it. My skin doesn't react well to alkaline ingredients, so... bye-bye! But the Dr.3 Plus Cream and Minus Toner are really amazing! Among them, the truly one-of-a-kind Dr.3 Plus Cream is absolutely the best. It works hard for your skin!
