I have extremely dry lips, and as a lip balm lover who's tried every product out there, I can say this one is absolutely amazing! When applied over lipstick or tint, it makes your lips look plumper with a nice plumping effect! What's more, the spatula attached to the cap makes application super convenient! The price is quite steep! Twenty-five thousand won for a lip balm... Ouch! But definitely give it a try when it's on sale! - ar*********Dry SkinRecommendedOct 25, 2024
The lip fragrance is absolutely divine. It's a scent that practically invites kisses... I'm already on my second tube. The downside is that its moisturizing power isn't particularly strong, and it doesn't really help with removing dead skin cells... If you apply the leftover product on your wrist, it works like a solid perfume. - pr*************Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 3, 2024
I had a lot of rough, dead skin on my lips, but then my friend lent me the Laneige Lip Treatment Balm. After using it just once, my lips regained their pink hue and all the rough patches completely disappeared! The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the price. It's quite steep. But then again, most products are around that price these days, which is a bit sad. I found it works best when you apply a thick layer to your lips, wait about 5 minutes, then gently wipe it off and reapply a thin layer. - wl*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 16, 2024
True to its name as a lip treatment balm rather than just a lip balm, when applied to bare lips, it doesn't just moisturize like a regular lip balm. Instead, it makes the dead skin cells on your lips feel soft and smooth. At first, I thought the container might be inconvenient, but it's actually quite hygienic and mess-free when used at a desk, rather than for on-the-go application. It doesn't get on your hands, which is a plus! This lip product seems designed to be applied over makeup, with its shimmer and plumping effect, but it doesn't work well that way. It's actually better on bare lips, but if that's how you're going to use it, it feels a bit overpriced. - lu********Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 2, 2024
Laneige Lip Treatment Balm (purchased with my own money) After using the Laneige Lip Mask, I was curious about the Treatment Balm, so I decided to buy it! While the Lip Mask could feel a bit heavy and sticky, the Lip Treatment Balm is less sticky and has a nice plumping effect that makes your lips feel cool and refreshed. I apply it every night before bed, and since it has a subtle shimmer, I think it would look beautiful layered over lipstick during the day too. Another plus is that unlike the Lip Mask, it has a built-in applicator compartment, making it easy to store and perfectly pocket-sized for on-the-go use. The quantity is half that of the Lip Mask, but the price is higher. - ic*********Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresJun 1, 2024
I love that it comes with an applicator. It's thoughtful that they designed it so you don't have to get it on your hands. It doesn't feel like it's providing any hydration to the lips, which is the whole point of buying it. Also, my mom said her lips felt a burning sensation when she used it. - lm****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessMar 23, 2024
It's so pretty! Absolutely gorgeous. The pearl shimmer makes me want to impulse buy it. The case is beautiful too. I'm not sure if it actually plumps up my lips. When used alone, it sometimes made my lips look even more washed out. I've even wiped it off after applying because I didn't like the effect. While I want to carry it around because it's pretty, if you don't apply the right amount, it can make your lips look pale and floaty, or cause dead skin cells to appear. I don't end up using it regularly. To be fair, I don't usually use lip products much, so my application skills might be lacking. I think I prefer a basic lip balm that focuses on the essentials. Apply it over your tint. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedFeb 16, 2024
Laneige is a brand I trust, and this lip balm is truly something special. First off, you can see tiny sparkly glitters that add a subtle shimmer. The stick applicator makes it convenient to carry around and apply cleanly. When applied to the lips, it goes on smoothly with a plumping effect and even has a cooling sensation. If you apply it before bed, you'll wake up with some dead skin cells that you can easily wipe off, leaving your lips perfectly cared for. The quantity feels a bit small compared to the price... If it weren't for that, it would be perfect. Here's a pro tip: Apply this to your lips before doing your makeup, then wipe it off with a wet wipe just before applying your lipstick. It works wonders! - je*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 15, 2023
Wow... I absolutely love this! As a lip balm enthusiast, I'm thrilled that it's both moisturizing and shimmery. It's perfect in every way! I apply it before bed and even after my regular makeup routine. Just a light layer gives you hydrated, sparkling lips! There weren't any downsides at all. The lip balm comes with an applicator attached to the container. I wonder if anyone would find that inconvenient? Personally, I think even this feature is fantastic! Applying a generous amount before bed and looking in the mirror puts me in such a good mood. Plus, when you wake up, you're greeted with plump, hydrated lips! - 2n********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 29, 2023
I accidentally bought this thinking it was a lip mask, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is! Here's what I love: - When I apply it generously before bed and gently exfoliate my lips while washing my face in the morning, all the dead skin cells just disappear. - It comes with a dedicated balm stick in the lid, so you can apply it without getting your hands messy. - It's packed with white shimmer, so if you apply too much, you'll end up looking like a patient with pale lips. That's why I either apply very little or don't use it at all when I'm out, and mostly use it at home. - I didn't really notice it, but as soon as I opened it and applied it, my mom said the scent was so sweet it made her feel sick. If you're sensitive to fragrances, you might want to be cautious. - If you apply just the right amount over your lipstick, you can create a subtle shimmery lip effect. But remember, the key is moderation!
