I bought this during a sale out of curiosity, and at that time, the price was the only merit. As the name suggests, it provides a glow. It also offers some coverage. The 'glow' is just an illusion from the thick application. It gives the appearance of coverage, but the adherence to skin is mediocre at best. The shade range is limited. Even with proper skincare, it can look patchy in some areas. Reapplication leads to pilling. It has Missha's characteristic grayish undertone. Among the many cushions available, there's no compelling reason to choose this one. - st*******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 9, 2024
I used this exclusively for my morning makeup routine without any touch-ups, and it lasted about 7 months. There was hardly any pilling, the color looked natural, and overall it performed well. I loved that the opening and closing mechanism was magnetic, preventing any breakage. Plus, it had no noticeable scent. I was satisfied with it throughout the 7 months of use. There weren't any particular drawbacks to mention. - tl********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJan 24, 2024
💜 I have sensitive, combination skin with a light undertone and use shade 21 💜 This is my holy grail winter cushion foundation - it's absolutely fantastic! (My review is based on using it with makeup fixer and powder. I apply all cushions the same way, so this review compares it to other cushions I've tried.) 🤍 Coverage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: It covers blemishes fairly well, though not perfectly. I think the coverage is quite good. 🤍 Application ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: True to its moisturizing nature, it applies smoothly, fills in pores well, and feels lightweight! It's easy to apply evenly (though it's not an extremely dewy type). 🤍 Color ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: I prefer foundations that match my skin tone exactly rather than brightening, so I'm very satisfied. It gives my skin a slightly peachy, beautiful finish! 🤍 Oxidation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: I haven't experienced any darkening while using it! 🤍 Longevity ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: It stays put without breaking down, looking as beautiful as when first applied! (Winter-specific) 🤍 Caking ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: There's a difference between thorough and minimal skincare prep! With proper prep, it doesn't cake even after hours. With rushed prep or when my skin isn't at its best, there's some caking. This is common with other cushions too, so it's not a major drawback. 🤍 Irritation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: I have sensitive skin prone to dermatitis and acne when products don't suit me, but this cushion has never caused any blemishes! 🖤 It removes easily! Not recommended as a mask-proof cushion. So if you engage in vigorous activities (like wild dancing at karaoke, in my case), expect some caking and breakdown! 🖤 I think it's vulnerable to oil and sweat, so I wouldn't recommend it once the weather warms up. It's a winter-only holy grail for me! 💛 Apply your skincare thoroughly up to the cream step! This maximizes the cushion's benefits. For my large-pored areas like around the nose and cheeks, I first pat the cushion with a pore brush, then apply the cushion over it. This prevents breakdown! 💛 The puff that comes with it isn't great, so be sure to switch to a different puff. I found that an air puff worked well for me! - ae******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsNov 14, 2023
I bought this product during the Nego-wang event. My first impression was that it felt really hydrating when applied. I liked that, and while it's not as moisturizing as the initial feeling, it maintains a decent level of hydration. The coverage seems adequate, but since I haven't tried many cushion products, it's hard for me to give a precise comparison. There were some days when it didn't sit well on my skin. So, I found that applying highly absorbent creams during my skincare routine before makeup helped it adhere better. It definitely seems to need that kind of preparation. Still, it doesn't have any major drawbacks, so I'm satisfied with it! - cl********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 20, 2022
1. The coverage is pretty decent. I'm more satisfied with it compared to what I was using before. 2. It absorbs well into the skin. 3. It suits cool-toned complexions and makes the skin look radiant. I think it would work great for those with oily skin! 1. My skin gets dry in winter, and this cushion might be a bit drying for those with dry skin. It seems worse with mask-wearing - I noticed dead skin cells becoming more visible on my cheeks in the evening. 2. It transfers onto masks a lot. 3. You need to apply it in small amounts. When I applied too much at once, it became overly intense... (I think I felt this way because I'm used to products with less coverage).
