I can't help but laugh at how good this is! As someone with extremely sensitive skin, I can usually maintain a smooth complexion once the oil-moisture balance is right, without major blemishes. However, last September, a few small bumps led me to seek dermatological treatment, and my skin literally turned upside down. I was even prescribed steroid ointment for quick relief, but after using it, I experienced purulent acne and tiny bumps all over my face for the first time in my life. Changes I made for myself: 1. Using cleansing oil - I had long avoided it, thinking oil = sebum = acne. But with a glimmer of hope, I tried it, and the small bumps subsided quickly. 2. Using the Dokdo mask - The results were mind-blowing... I'd always thought popular products wouldn't work for me, regardless of their 'good' or 'gentle' ingredients. I even ignored the famous Dokdo toner and top-ranking products from major brands. But in my desperation, I decided to try something new during a sale... and I found a miracle product! Not only did it improve my skin texture, but the tiny bumps are disappearing so quickly! Please have sales more often... I really want to use this as my first step toner now! This mask has become part of my daily mask routine. Looking at the ingredients, it doesn't seem to have specific exfoliating properties, and there don't appear to be any particularly irritating ingredients. I initially chose Round Lab because it has an image of being gentle and suitable for skin. My skin used to be clear except for a few small blemishes, but this year it suddenly flared up with lots of blemishes... I'm now very prone to skin troubles. The positive points are: - The adherence is excellent. Whether sitting or walking, it stays put on your face without sliding off at all. - The cooling effect is great. Even after 10 minutes, the mask doesn't dry out and stays moisturizing, with the cooling effect continuing. It seems like it would be very effective in reducing facial heat. - The essence is concentrated on the cheeks and chin area! - I'm not sure what doesn't agree with my skin, but it's causing blemishes... When I first used it, I felt a stinging sensation when I put the mask on. I thought it was because of an unsuitable cushion foundation I used that day, but when I tried it again, I realized this mask was also the culprit... The second time I used it, I washed off the essence and finished my skincare routine just in case. The next morning, my face was significantly calmer. So I thought the mask was fine and the initial breakout was indeed due to the cushion foundation. Yesterday, I used it again and this time I absorbed all the remaining essence into my face before doing my skincare routine and going to bed... Well... I woke up to another acne explosion... While the product's cooling effect is excellent and the skin feels very soothed immediately after using the mask, it seems a bit too rich to fully absorb. This morning my face felt slippery... Having tried other Round Lab masks, I was curious about this one and decided to use it as the weather turned colder. My skin had been quite irritated due to wearing face masks, and unlike other sheet masks, this one had a black cream-like substance applied to it. What I really liked was that being a water-gel mask, there was no essence dripping or leaking like water. The hydration was incredible! The texture was different from regular masks too, feeling a bit thicker, almost like aloe gel. My face was sensitive and very dry, but just one use of this mask provided an amazing amount of hydration! However, there were quite a few downsides as well. Firstly, the mask has a film attached, which makes it difficult to unfold. Usually, masks with film adhere well to the face before removing the film, but with this one, parts of it would come off when peeling away the film, so I had to reapply those sections. As I mentioned earlier, the essence doesn't have a runny texture, so after using the mask, there's a cream or essence-like substance left on your face. (It stays there unless you manually pat it in) Also, I'm not sure if it's because my skin is currently very sensitive, but for the first 5 minutes or so after applying the mask, my face felt a bit warm, and the areas with blemishes stung a little. I think this mask would be great for deep hydration when you have some extra time, rather than for quick fixes. It feels like pure water - just hydration! I think it would be suitable for all skin types without any issues. When I first opened the mask, I was surprised by its dark color. But after reading the instructions, I learned that's just how it's supposed to look. It's kind of funny because it resembles a beard - it made me laugh! Well, I wouldn't say there's a major downside, but as someone with dry skin, I found it a bit too light for me. It's like a gel-type mask that feels so airy it could blow away if you breathed on it. Because of this, I definitely had to make sure to apply a moisturizer thoroughly afterwards. It feels more like water than an essence-packed mask. If you have very dry skin like me, make sure to apply a moisturizer afterwards! And don't forget to use any leftover product on your neck and arms, you know the drill!

I was lucky enough to be selected as a Hwahae Tester and tried this face mask for the first time - I absolutely loved it! First off, there are 10 masks in a box, so you get plenty of use from one purchase. The mask itself is fantastic. Unlike some sheet masks that don't adhere well and slip off, this one fits snugly on the skin. It's designed to help with pore cleansing, and I really noticed its effectiveness in purifying my skin. Even small blemishes started disappearing one by one after using this mask. The ingredients are gentle, and nothing disagreed with my skin. Round Lab products are generally non-irritating, so I always feel confident using them. I'm extremely satisfied with this face mask! If there's one downside, it's that the mask is a bit large. It's supposed to cover the butterfly zone, but there was extra space around the sides of my nose. I had to stretch it a bit to cover properly. However, it wasn't bothersome enough to be a real issue. I recommend applying the mask right after washing your face. It seems like you can use it for a long time without drying out. There's no sticky feeling! I applied it after showering and even used the excess ampoule on my body. Unlike other masks that feel sticky on hands or neck, this one feels less so! It gives a deeply hydrating sensation! Warning: Avoid white clothes and rolling around after application - it leaves black marks! As someone with super sensitive skin, I'm usually very picky about mask ingredients and rarely use them, but I think I'll be using this mask regularly! I don't have many complaints! I'm not sure if I'm experiencing some blemishes... I'll need to use it a bit longer to tell. The price point definitely feels on the higher side, though!

There's so much essence that although the recommended use is 10 minutes, it feels like there's too much to use up in just that time! Ingredients: I felt even more reassured knowing it contains many beneficial ingredients for dry skin. Perfect for night care: I noticed my makeup applied much better the next day! The black color of the mask is a bit problematic... Even after finishing the mask and absorbing the essence, it seems to leave a dark residue. No matter how much I try to massage it in, the color remains. The abundance of hydration and cooling effect make this mask fantastic for those with dry skin! My skin was dry due to winter, but it became nicely hydrated after using this mask. After using the mask, I got a big blemish on my forehead (I'm not sure if it was because of the mask or lack of sleep, but it appeared the day after using it). Apart from that, my cheeks and other areas felt a bit heavy, but the moisture lingered, keeping my skin hydrated for quite a while. The essence is black, so there's a slight dark residue left after removing the mask. At first, I wondered if I should wash it off, but when I patted it in, the dark color disappeared, leaving only the hydration. While the mask itself has a cooling effect, I wanted it even cooler, so I stored it in the refrigerator before use.

Mask Sheet Incredibly moisturizing material. The center divider is crucial - without it, the sheets would likely stick together and be difficult to separate. 2. Hydration Provides excellent moisture. Even with my combination dehydrated skin, I didn't feel any deep dryness at all. 1. Lasting Moisturization While the hydration feels great when the mask is on, shortly after removing it, I feel the need to apply an emulsion. (However, there's still no sensation of deep dryness) 2. Color The dark color is a bit surprising and takes some getting used to. This product seems perfect for summer use! It would likely benefit those with combination dehydrated skin or deep dryness issues. It replenishes moisture exceptionally well. The mask itself is soft, and the ingredients are gentle, causing no irritation to the skin. It's challenging to use this mask in the morning as not all of the essence absorbs into the skin, leaving behind a significant residue. As you can see in the photo, there are dark patches where the excess essence remains! There's quite a bit of gel left over, but it's great for applying to your body like aloe vera gel - it's not sticky at all. It retains moisture better than aloe gel, making it ideal for use during fall and winter!
