The golden shimmer is absolutely gorgeous! I can see why everyone recommends mixing it with other products. As it's a gold glitter and bubble bath combo, it would pair beautifully with colorful, non-foaming products like Intergalactic. It worked wonderfully on my trip! The bubbles aren't exactly abundant when using a whole bar, but they do last throughout the bath. As for the scent, I couldn't really detect it, possibly due to my sinus issues. - ma**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedAug 19, 2023
It's seriously just a glitter extravaganza! Might be a bit much to use on its own in one go... I mixed a little with Intergalactic and used it that way!! It's absolutely gorgeous, no joke The glitter doesn't come off easily in the shower. You need to scrub thoroughly, otherwise you might step out and find yourself still covered in sparkles! - sy*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 9, 2023
The Hwahae Tester in me was thrilled when a Lush employee recommended mixing this bath bomb with other types. They were spot on! The water turns into a mesmerizing, shimmering spectacle. While the cleanup might be a bit challenging, it's truly a next-level relaxation experience. As expected, the price is steep. Mixing it with other bath bombs means you're essentially spending $30-$40 on a single bath. It's the epitome of luxury. Sure, you can cut it into pieces, but that doesn't change the fact that it's expensive. Pro tip: Consider buying Lush products directly from overseas! - co*******Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 5, 2023
This is the iconic bubble bar with shimmering gold pearls! The scent is a refreshing blend of mandarin, orange, and lemon. Its golden hue makes it perfect for combining with other bath bombs. I used it with 'Shoot for the Stars'! It's also famous for its beautiful pairing with 'Intergalactic'! Looking at the Hwahae ingredient list, it's not all good components unfortunately. The abundance of gold glitter might make cleaning a bit challenging! I used this with Lush's 'Shoot for the Stars' bath bomb, and it's my absolute favorite Lush bath bomb & bubble bar combo! The third photo shows a higher ratio of 'Shoot for the Stars', resulting in a bluer hue, while the fourth photo has more of the Sunny Side, creating more bubbles and a greener tint. - lm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 4, 2022
I bought this along with Intergalactic. When used together, they create an absolutely stunning effect. It's like golden waves crashing on the shore! The scent is a refreshing orange - definitely in the citrus family. While Intergalactic colors the water, Sunnyside creates the bubbles. Pro tip: Don't just drop it in the water. For more luxurious foam, hold it under running water to create friction. Considering it's a single-use product, or at most 3-4 uses if you're conservative, it's on the pricier side. The glitter can make cleanup a bit of a chore. - mo*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 14, 2021
On tough days, I found healing in the sparkling glitter. It's beautiful as it dissolves, and the water becomes so pretty too! I kept refilling with warm water as I used it. This product truly creates an exciting and joyful bath time! The glitter can be a bit of a concern when cleaning up. Other than being mindful about rinsing thoroughly after the bath, there weren't any issues. When I want to enjoy a long soak, I start with a foot bath and slowly savor it (the tub is designed for sitting like a chair). I fill it with less water and dissolve the product gradually. It's just the desire to admire something beautiful for longer! - ae******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 27, 2021
When you pour it into water, the golden shimmer dissolves beautifully, transforming the water into a mesmerizing golden hue. The subtle fragrance is delightful, and it leaves your skin feeling incredibly soft. It's perfect for a relaxing half-body bath. While everything else about it is great, the only downside is the price point, which is a bit on the higher side. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 28, 2021
This bubble bar has my favorite scent out of all of them... I absolutely love it! Although it's smaller than others, the fragrance is divine. It's a must-buy whenever I visit Lush. It's noticeably smaller than other bubble bars, which is a bit disappointing. However, the amazing scent makes up for it. - tt*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 6, 2021
The fragrance is simply divine, no need to even mention it. The lingering scent on the body lasts all day long. After rinsing off, a subtle shimmer (pearl effect) remains on the skin, making it look beautifully radiant. I had to bid farewell to my back due to cleaning the bathtub... It seems unavoidable when using bath products. I eased my back pain with a half-body soak, only to tense it up again while cleaning the bathroom! - gy*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresFeb 27, 2021
It releases a tangy lemon scent while dissolving with a subtle shimmer. Though it's not the type of bath bomb that dramatically unfurls in the water, it's still quite charming. I bought it and left it unused for about a month, yet it continued to emit a gentle fragrance. It's so aromatic that you could even use it as a plaster air freshener! While I don't plan to repurchase, it's not a bad product to try at least once.
