[For Floral Citrus Fruity Fragrance Lovers] - I bought this because I absolutely adore camellia. The scent is truly amazing - It's pleasantly sweet, and anyone who loves floral scents will definitely fall for this fragrance - You won't find this unique scent in other brands :) - The longevity is really disappointing... I end up decanting it and reapplying constantly - Because of that, I go through it so quickly, and the price is... well... - But I have to say, the initial fragrance is genuinely lovely - ai*****Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessNov 11, 2024
I've been diligently using this 100ml bottle, but it seems to last forever! I love that the scent is so versatile - it's perfect for all seasons without being overwhelming. Even considering it's an EDT, the longevity is quite short. After watching the promotional video where the model generously sprays it all over, I'd say it's more suitable as a body mist than a proper perfume. While the scent is lovely, it falls short in many aspects if you're looking to use it as a traditional fragrance. - fl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedOct 6, 2024
The fragrance is light yet elegant and fresh with floral notes. It's likely to be universally appealing. Unlike other Chanel perfumes, it's not overpowering and doesn't trigger headaches (a big plus!). The longevity is somewhat disappointing, but since the bottle is generously sized, frequent reapplication should do the trick. If you're expecting Chanel's signature intensity, you might be let down... - ve*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 28, 2023
I've purchased this for the second time. The sales associate mentioned that it's safe for pregnant women due to the absence of alcohol in the fragrance, and it even has stress-relieving properties. It's not overwhelming when applied after an evening shower, and has a subtle, pleasant soapy scent. It's perfect for those who find regular perfumes too strong. While Chanel fragrances are generally quite intense, this one is delightfully subtle. I wish they would release a travel-sized version. The scent isn't overpowering, so I'd like to carry it around for occasional use, but the 100ml bottle is a bit cumbersome to take with me. It's so pleasant and relaxing to spritz on before bed after a shower. Highly recommended for fragrance beginners or those who find strong scents overwhelming! The scent is subtle and cozy, reminiscent of delicate floral notes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 3, 2022
The fragrance is lovely! I was curious about it as soon as it came out, so I tried it. I've been using it so well that I'm now on my second bottle! I'm not great with fragrance names, but it has a slight hint of what feels like acacia. For a Chanel product, the scent isn't overpowering! About 3 minutes after spraying this, I got into a taxi... The driver said I smelled like alcohol. Also, the fragrance doesn't last very long at all... I have long, thick hair, and I spray this directly onto my scalp! My scalp is quite resilient, so I don't get any blemishes from it. I love that I can enjoy my favorite scent all to myself! - ho********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 27, 2022
The fragrance is truly the star here... The perfect blend of a citrusy camellia scent with powdery notes is divine. It's a versatile scent that would work beautifully for all four seasons! Unfortunately, the longevity is really... disappointing. It seems even weaker than a body mist. I have to spray about three times more than other perfumes before going out just to have a subtle scent later. It's a shame, but... at least there's a good amount in the bottle, and the fragrance is lovely, so I still use it. I apply a small amount of unscented body emulsion first, then spray this on top. It seems to last a bit longer that way. - co**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 25, 2022
The scent is feminine and perfectly balanced - neither too heavy nor too light. The fragrance is truly delightful. I fell in love with the scent when I sampled it and immediately purchased it. However, I'm disappointed by its lack of longevity. - 8o****Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 14, 2022
This fragrance embodies subtlety from start to finish. The initial scent is a fruity blend of citrus and tangy red berries. This refreshing opening quickly diffuses, settling into a delicate aroma. Then, Chanel's signature feminine floral scent emerges richly, combining rose, jasmine, and orange blossom. As it dries down, the fragrance leaves a distinctive powdery trail of musk and iris. While the longevity is decent for a subtle fragrance, lasting about 3-4 hours, it's true that it falls short in staying power compared to other mid-range perfumes from different brands in the $100-150 price bracket. This scent pairs beautifully when layered with Chanel Gabrielle or other Chanel fragrances featuring subtle floral notes. - pj***Dry SkinRecommendedMar 18, 2022
When I first sampled this fragrance, I was surprised three times. First, by how truly lovely the scent is. Second, by how different it is from traditional Chanel perfumes. And third, by how quickly it seems to disappear after application. It's not a sharp or overly sweet fragrance, but rather a calm and refined floral. It doesn't scream 'I'm wearing perfume!' Instead, it's as subtle and gentle as the scent of a skincare product. While I'm not sure what camellia flowers actually smell like (some say they're scentless in Korea), to me it's reminiscent of a slightly cool rose with the faintest whisper of musk. The Chanel staff described it as having red berry notes. As a Chanel perfume enthusiast with quite a collection, I find this one uniquely un-Chanel-like while still maintaining the brand's signature elegance. It's sadly ephemeral, like scented water, but that's part of what makes it so lovable. When I asked for a sample spray, the staff member applied it so generously I wondered if it was too much. But I soon understood why. By the time I reached the underground parking lot, the scent had almost completely faded. If you're asking about longevity, I'd have to say this perfume simply doesn't have any. Even after applying it five or six times myself, within an hour it becomes a scent only I can detect - and that's with my nose pressed to my wrist! It's frustrating to use a fragrance that disappears so quickly, but the problem is, I love the scent that much. That's the real issue. It only comes in a 100ml size, which makes sense given how quickly it fades. You end up using it quite liberally, which is a shame. This feels more like a perfume for oneself rather than for others. It's a scent only I can enjoy. Spraying it before bed gives a subtle, pleasant aroma that's truly comforting. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMar 13, 2022
I tried a sample of Chanel's Camellia skincare line and fell in love with the scent, which led me to discover this perfume. The fragrance is absolutely divine! Plus, the bottle feels lightweight, almost like plastic, making it perfect for carrying around. While you can still detect the lingering scent when you smell closely, it feels like the true fragrance doesn't last very long. This means I find myself reapplying often, so I'll probably go through the 100ml bottle quite quickly.
