I've been using this product for about 5 months, applying it 2-3 times a week. While it might appear slightly oily on the skin, it doesn't feel like it's clogging your pores or suffocating your skin! The next morning, when you touch your face, it might feel like the product hasn't fully absorbed. But once you wash your face, you'll notice how incredibly smooth your skin feels - it's amazing! Just be careful not to bury your face in your pillow, as the product can transfer easily. To be honest, I bought this on a whim after seeing it on a home shopping channel. They claimed it was used in esthetic clinics and offered it at the lowest price online, so I didn't research it thoroughly. I'm not even sure what specific benefits they were advertising... From my personal experience, I noticed my complexion became brighter. What surprised me most was how it helped with blemishes. When I applied this cream and topped it with a collagen gel mask before bed, I woke up to noticeably calmer skin. The redness was significantly reduced too! I have combination dehydrated skin with an extremely oily T-zone and chin. Usually, when I use creams or collagen masks, I break out with whiteheads around my nose, chin, and forehead. Surprisingly, my skin seems to have great chemistry with this product! Except for my T-zone and chin, my skin used to look dry and dull. But the day after using this cream, my skin appeared less parched, and fine lines were less noticeable - which I loved! Oh! I should mention that I've always been diligent about exfoliation and pore care. Maybe that's why this works so well for me - there's no excess dead skin cells clogging my pores. If you have combination dehydrated skin, are experiencing dryness on your cheeks lately, and have been thorough with exfoliation so you're not worried about clogged pores, I'd recommend giving this a try! After using this, I barely notice any excess oiliness on my T-zone and chin when washing my face the next morning! Still, just to be safe, I make sure to cleanse thoroughly with a low pH cleanser and follow up with a toner pad. The only downside is the price compared to the amount you get! I'd love to apply a small amount daily and use a thicker layer once a week, but it's just too expensive. - ym******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 19, 2023
I received a sample of this from Club Clio and loved it so much that I bought the full-size product. I'm absolutely thrilled with it and have been applying it to my whole family's skin! Absorbs well: It has a rich, creamy texture that glides on smoothly Scent: It has that signature fragrant Club Clio aroma Effectiveness: When I apply it before bed, I wake up with a clearer complexion and improved elasticity. I can even notice my enlarged pores looking tighter If you apply too much, it can feel rich and potentially cause blemishes. For those with oily skin, it's best to mix it with a hydrating serum! For best results, gently exfoliate to remove dead skin cells, then apply just a toner or serum before using an appropriate amount of this product. Wake up to baby-soft skin! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2023
I have extremely dry skin and have been using this product for 8 years since I was 32, though I've had lazy periods where I skipped it. Every time I use it, I see a difference in the morning, which confirms its effectiveness. After cleansing, my skin feels clean and supple without any tightness. My makeup applies beautifully in the morning. It definitely gives a glow (not an oily shine, but a hydrated radiance - a natural, subtle luminosity from within). If you apply too much, you might get blemishes due to poor amount control. It's important to adjust the quantity and use it for a few days before making a judgment. Even for my extremely dry skin, using too much of this rich formula can cause breakouts. Remember, even the best cosmetics might not suit everyone. Gentle products with safe ingredients tend to get favorable reviews. Even if the functional effects are mild, as long as it's adequately moisturizing and doesn't have harmful ingredients, it usually receives a generous 4-star rating or higher. This product works best on exfoliated skin (it's natural that you won't see effects if you apply it over dead skin cells). Sensitive skin types might experience irritation from any product, even if the ingredient concentrations are within safe limits. As someone with dehydrated, sensitive skin prone to milia and blemishes, I prefer using mild, gentle hydrating products and masks. I'm willing to compromise a bit on ingredients for one or two highly effective serums or functional masks, as long as they're free from parabens and mineral oils. Most popular, effective functional products I've tried have had similar levels of active ingredients. So, I don't expect 100% natural ingredients in functional products. I use gentle products for soothing, hydrating, sheet masks, and cleansing, but opt for more potent options for classic creams and serums. Be careful not to use a whole bottle of serum at night, especially in summer, as it can cause breakouts even for dry skin. In short, with proper amount control and good absorption of your base products, the Classic line can give you that coveted glowing, radiant skin the next day, assuming your overall health is good. No significant drawbacks. Occasionally, glass shards fly off - I worry about my cats finding them. Apply this, then finish with a thin layer of the Classic cream for absorption. It's also great to use before a modeling mask. Experience the magic of glowing skin the next day. Your makeup will look flawless. - hy****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 4, 2022
Skin type: Combination dehydrated to dry skin I saw this advertised on home shopping, claiming it moisturizes well on its own, so my mom and I got curious and bought it together. Overall, it's a yellowish, very rich gel-cream texture. As the home shopping ad claimed, I applied it to bare skin or after just toner, and my skin wasn't dry even the next day. Turns out it wasn't an exaggeration! It's a pretty decent product. The scent is a bit peculiar, like boiled herbs... Combined with the yellow color, it's quite unique. The downside is that when applied to the face, it has a cooling and slightly burning sensation, similar to a mentholated ointment. It's not painful, but it would have been better without this effect.
