My sister recommended this, and I'm glad I bought it. The color looks natural, and it applies well with good pigmentation. It's not too thick, so you can apply it casually without worrying. The staying power isn't particularly impressive. Also, the tip is a bit blunt, so it doesn't draw sharp lines easily. Since it feels like it lacks longevity, I usually go over it with eyeshadow. That seems to make it last a bit longer. - ch********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedNov 30, 2024
The color has a truly ashy tone, making it perfect for those who don't usually suit dark eyeliner. It glides on incredibly smoothly, making application a breeze. Plus, you can make adjustments before it sets completely. It melted slightly when exposed to high temperatures. After that, it became prone to breaking and smudging, so I had to buy a new one. Also, it rarely goes on sale. - ol******Normal SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 3, 2024
I bought this after using a pen because I needed something more natural-looking, and it's so pretty! It really does look natural. Some say it's stiff, but I personally don't find it to be. Hmm... I feel like it might run out quickly. When using it, I worry it might break, so I have to twist it up little by little. - dk********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 28, 2024
The thin and soft texture is great for defining eye lines. As someone with delicate and super sensitive skin around the eyes, I'm very satisfied with this product. However, it broke a few times and I've already used it all up. Still, given its good value for money, I might repurchase. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 7, 2023
The color is versatile and looks really natural, which I love! It smudges terribly on my eyes, especially near the lower lash line where it gets really messy. The application isn't smooth either. The pencil is too thick to draw precise lines, but it doesn't glide on well, so it ends up clumping and looking patchy. - se**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 2, 2023
As someone with a light undertone and cool skin tone, I find that ash-toned liners suit me best, while black ones are a complete no-go. It's been challenging to find suitable liners since I can't use either black or brown, but this color is absolutely perfect and fits like a glove! ✔️ I usually struggle with brush-tip liners, so this pencil liner is much more comfortable for me. The thickness and width are just right, though it does apply a bit on the thicker side! ✔️ The staying power is pretty good, but it does tend to smudge a bit. It comes off easily if rubbed or exposed to water, but that's somewhat unavoidable with eyeliners! ✔️ It glides on smoothly, so the application is quite nice! I highly recommend this to those with light undertones, anyone who struggles with eye makeup, or those who find black liners unflattering or floating on their skin. The color is truly gorgeous - a perfect blend of brown and gray for that beautiful ash tone! The longevity is a bit disappointing as it tends to come off rather easily. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJan 17, 2023
The 'Soft Brown' might make you think it's warm-toned, but it's actually a perfectly ashy soft brown that stands out compared to other brown eyeliners. The color is just fantastic. Most importantly, for someone with eyes that smudge easily, the Wakemake Real Ash Pencil Liner is the only one that doesn't budge. It's not completely smudge-proof - on days when I've laughed a lot, there's a tiny bit of smudging. But since it's brown, you can easily fix it with a quick swipe of your finger. On normal days, it obviously doesn't smudge at all. I really wish everyone would try this amazing product. I've stocked up on shades 1 through 4 and use them depending on my mood. My absolute favorite is the lightest shade, number 3. There are no downsides. If I had to nitpick, maybe it could glide on a bit more smoothly? But honestly, it's fine as it is. Shade 1 is slightly lighter than black, highly recommended for those who love black eyeliner. Shade 3 is perfect for people who find heavy eyeliner overwhelming. Shade 4 is great for those who want something a bit more defined than shade 3. Shade 2 is a bit tricky to place. - hi*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 16, 2022
After only using brush pens, I tried a pencil for the first time and it draws smoothly and effortlessly I pressed too lightly while drawing and it snapped, so I quickly bought another one - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 4, 2022
The color seems like it would suit just about anyone! It looks beautiful when applied to the eyes, and the staying power is moderately good. It keeps clumping together, and while the product's texture is somewhat soft, it doesn't glide on smoothly, which is disappointing. Using a cotton swab to extend the outer corner of the eye creates a lovely look! - th*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 1, 2022
If you dislike heavy eyeliners but want something that won't smudge or have excess fallout like eyeshadows, this is a must-buy. I've found my holy grail product! There are no downsides! The unique, mysterious color is absolutely beautiful and uncommon. Plus, it doesn't smudge easily.
