The color is pretty and it gives a natural brightening effect. It feels a bit thick when applying, but once it's on, that sensation disappears and it feels quite hydrating. It should be fine for reapplication too. It seems to work well for blemishes. It's probably best to avoid using it in midsummer, but it should be suitable for spring, fall, and winter. It does feel a bit sticky. I think it's because of the summer heat, possibly due to the stearic acid. It seems to cause oil buildup. The summer weather is likely a big factor. It's a bit sticky, and if you scratch your face, it leaves slight marks. It also seems to settle into fine lines. Please consider removing the stearic acid from the formula. This is my review after using it for 3 days. After washing, the sebum (whiteheads?) appear much larger. I applied it on my neck too, and it seems to have caused blemishes. It really emphasizes the nasolabial folds, unfortunately. It's probably best to use this product on its own! If used with other products, it pills. It doesn't cause any blemishes and gives my shade 22 skin a radiant look It lacks coverage and might be too light for those with shade 23 skin

It brightens and evens skin tone beautifully. Unlike other brightening moisturizers, it doesn't cause blemishes. Instead, it actually makes your skin feel healthier after application. With Histolab products, there's really only one downside - the price tag!
