This cream comes in a jar. The packaging is a beautiful baby pink color that's absolutely adorable! The fragrance is a subtle rose scent that instantly lifts your mood. The Fresh Rose Cream has an ivory hue. The texture feels hydrating, with a rich and bouncy consistency. When applied to the skin, it spreads smoothly without any irritation. It absorbs well into the skin without leaving any residue, which I really appreciated. After using this cream, my skin feels deeply hydrated, looks clearer, and my complexion appears more refined. When my skin is acting up or my skin barrier is compromised, this cream gradually improves my skin's condition and quickly helps restore and strengthen the skin barrier. I love how it makes my skin feel healthier, improves its overall condition, and leaves it feeling supple and soft! I can't think of any downsides to using this cream. As someone with deep dryness, I love how this product tackles that inner dehydration! I can't help but feel it doesn't absorb quite as well as I'd like.

It's like it creates a perfect moisture barrier on your skin. - Irritation: I have super sensitive skin, but this product is so gentle and lightweight that I've managed to empty several bottles. - Absorption: Since it's not a heavy, thick product, it seems to absorb quite well. However, depending on your skin type, it might not absorb as easily for some. It's like it creates a thin layer on the skin, which might be hit or miss for some people. - Hydration: To be honest, it doesn't feel extremely moisturizing, and in winter, using it alone might leave you wanting more. However, for summer, it's an absolute gem! It provides just the right amount of hydration without any oiliness, which is fantastic. - Scent: The scent is a pleasant rose fragrance! I expected it to be unscented since it's a white cream, but the subtle aroma is quite delightful. - Overall: For my oily skin, this is still an irreplaceable holy grail product because it's non-greasy and moisturizing. However, it might be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of product for others. While everything about it is generally good, the price is on the higher side. Since it's a lightweight product, you tend to use it generously, which can feel a bit extravagant given the cost. However, I haven't found a replacement moisturizer yet, so I'm still using it. - In winter, I'm using it in combination with other creams!

I woke up startled to find little cream balls stuck to my face and hair. Since then, I've only been applying small amounts to the middle of my cheeks and forehead. It's disappointing that it pills if you apply too much, especially considering its high price. The texture is rich and dense, so it's likely to suit those with dry skin well. It might be too heavy to use on its own, but it works great when layered with other hydrating products. It seems to moisturize well, and the subtle rose scent is a mood-lifter! I'm concerned about some potentially risky ingredients, possibly due to the rose fragrance. The price point is also a bit disappointing.

Rich in oil and moisture balance. Great for dry skin types. Of course, it doesn't compare to my gold standard for supreme hydration, the Dr.G Prestige Horse Oil Cream... I felt a stinging sensation around my philtrum area. When I used it together with the Trouble O Fresh Rose Deep Balancing Emulsion... my skin completely broke out... I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Even after stopping use, I kept getting pimples and small bumps for a while, it was absolute chaos. People used to say my skin was like porcelain, but now everyone's shocked at how it looks. Sigh... There's also pilling. I've tried the rose mask a few times, but the strong rose scent made my face feel itchy, so I wasn't too impressed. However, I absolutely love the cream! The fragrance is subtle, and the texture is delightfully rich without being too runny, making it a pleasure to pat onto the face. It's also great for the neck as it doesn't feel sticky! The oil and moisture balance seems just right. Plus, it doesn't cause my makeup to pill. Hmm... those with dry skin might find it a bit too firm from the moment they apply it, so they might not like it? If you prefer richer formulas, you might be a bit disappointed. For those with dry skin, mixing in a bit of facial oil might increase your satisfaction with the product.
