Being in gummy form, it felt like enjoying a tasty snack every time I took it. It didn't cause any discomfort in my stomach either. It's easy to take these like a snack. I already love jellies, so I enjoy chewable or gummy-type supplements. However, the most important thing is that they're flavorless. Also, they're quite expensive, so I probably won't buy them again. One experience is enough.

It's a bit disappointing that it only has 10 vitamins, especially when there are many multivitamins on the market with 13 or 15+ vitamins.
