Taking it in the morning definitely reduces my appetite! The capsules aren't too big, so they're easy to swallow. There's no unpleasant odor, and it doesn't upset my stomach. I haven't experienced any noticeable side effects yet.

You can take these before or after meals. The tablets are on the smaller side, making them easy to swallow. They're portable, which is great for when you're out and about, traveling, or dining out. It's convenient to just grab and go! There's nothing major to complain about, but I wish they came in a bottle instead of individual packets. It would be more environmentally friendly that way. My parents needed to manage their weight, so they took this while exercising. After two months of consistent use, they lost 5 kilos! That's why I started taking it too. As a diet supplement, it's reassuring to know this product is officially recognized as a health functional food. I felt confident taking it, and it seems to be helping with weight loss too! You can take these pills anytime, before or after meals, anywhere you like. The tablet size is just right, making them easy to swallow. Each pill is individually wrapped, which creates waste every time you take one. Given environmental concerns and the climate crisis, companies should be reducing waste. It's disappointing that they haven't addressed this issue.
