As expected, the Too Cool for School shading is fantastic. It applies naturally without any clumping - truly excellent. If only it had a mirror in the lid... just a small wish, haha. A tiny bit of laziness, you could say. Other than that, everything's great! The Too Cool for School shading product delivers a flawless application, creating a natural look without any patchiness. It's a standout performer in its category. The only minor improvement I could suggest would be adding a mirror to the compact for on-the-go touch-ups. This small addition would make it even more convenient for those of us who prefer quick and easy application. Despite this tiny drawback, the overall quality of the product is impressive. - ny********Combination SkinDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 1, 2025
I initially used shade 1, but when 1.5 came out, I gave it a try and found it blended more naturally with my skin tone! Shade 1 created a stark contouring effect, but this one looks so natural. The staying power was truly impressive. My nose is a bit prominent, and when I contour it, people often ask me how I achieved such a great look. It seems to break too easily... Even a slight bump causes it to crumble. That's really disappointing. As many of you probably know, if you think of drawing shapes with the contouring stick first and then blend, the staying power is excellent. - no****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 1, 2025
The color payoff is pretty good, and it seems to work well for warm skin tones. I definitely recommend it! I didn't really find any downsides. The pigmentation is so good that you only need to apply a thin layer. - yu**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 28, 2025
I accidentally bought a lighter shade before, but this one is much better. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I wouldn't discourage others from trying it. - am****Combination SkinDark CirclesRecommendedJun 26, 2025
The color payoff is amazing! It applies beautifully and seems like it would suit any complexion. It's a real winner! Hmm, I don't really have any major complaints, though the shade might be a tad light for some. - wd********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 25, 2025
It's really amazing! At first, it's a bit tricky to use, but once you get the hang of it, it's like your nose is completely transformed... I just bought the neutral shade, and it seems perfect for everyday use. The excess powder seems to be quite significant, and it doesn't blend well in areas with more visible pores. This review appears to be about a powder product, likely a contouring or bronzing powder for the nose area. The reviewer finds it effective once they've learned how to use it properly, but notes issues with powder fallout and blending in areas with larger pores. - hy*********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJun 25, 2025
The color payoff is excellent, and I love that it comes with three shades. This allows me to customize the colors for different areas of my face, which is fantastic! The staying power isn't particularly strong, so you'll need to be thorough with setting spray to make it last. For those with combination dehydrated skin, you might want to layer a hydrating primer underneath for better longevity. Remember to blend well for a seamless finish that evens out your complexion. - yo**********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 21, 2025
I bought this after seeing my friends use it, and while the Classic shade was too red for me, the Neutral tone worked out great and looks natural. The brush that comes with it is versatile enough to contour my jawline and nose, making it a good value for money. The staying power wasn't the best, and even the Neutral tone had a slight reddish tint, though not as intense as the Classic shade. Recommended for those new to contouring. - se********Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 19, 2025
I picked this up during a special promotion at Olive Young, and it came with a contouring pencil. I've been using both quite comfortably. I bought the neutral tone, and while the color payoff is a bit weak, it's otherwise pretty decent. - wc********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 18, 2025
I can totally see why Too Cool For School's shading is so popular! The variety of shades is fantastic, and the neutral tone is just right - not too dark, not too light. It's perfect for everyday use! Well... I did notice quite a bit of excess powder when using a brush. But I think that was more due to my inexperience with brush techniques. If you're new to this, it might be a good idea to practice your brush skills before diving in. For beginners, I highly recommend mastering your brush technique before using this product. It'll make a world of difference!
