I got it at a great price. The lavender scent makes it a bit better than the original. It lasts for ages! While you can use it as an all-in-one product, I wouldn't recommend it for long hair. It makes your hair super frizzy. - ba*********Combination SkinApr 4, 2025

It remains firm even after multiple uses, not becoming mushy. The soap lathers well and has a subtle, gentle fragrance. It's versatile, suitable for face, body, and as a shampoo bar, which makes it quite practical. It's especially great to buy during sales when the price is more affordable. The olive and lavender versions look identical in color, and their scents aren't strong enough to easily distinguish between them when both are in use. It would be better if the lavender one was actually purple!

Since he'd just use cheap cucumber soap if I didn't buy him something, I wanted him to use a product with more hydration. I decided to purchase it because 1) he's going to use something anyway, and 2) Hwahae was offering it at a good price. When I tried it myself, I found it quite drying (I have very dry skin). - The convenience of being an all-in-one product for face, hair, and body cleansing is great. - It's also nice that it doesn't easily dissolve. - It seems like it would be good for people with oily skin types. - It doesn't seem to suit my dry skin type. I used it as a body wash, but the cleansing effectiveness might be too strong as it caused dead skin cells to flake off around my elbows. - When I used the soap as a hair shampoo, I was surprised that my hair felt like hard stones(?) while washing. It seems the soap lacks conditioning ingredients, causing my hair to become stiff and tangled.

As I used it, I found myself using it exclusively as a body wash, not for my hair at all. My skin tends to be very dry, so I always apply Cetaphil, but this works well as a body cleanser alternative. The scent is quite strong. If soap suds get into your eyes while using it, it can be extremely irritating and cause a tingling sensation. It seems like it will last a long time due to its firmness, but I doubt I'll repurchase it... I'm currently using this soap for the fourth time. It's so much better than regular shampoo that I hardly ever reach for shampoo anymore. My hair is thin and tangles easily, usually turning into a sponge-like mess when wet, but this soap lathers up much more gently than shampoo. It produces a good amount of foam and seems to have excellent cleansing effectiveness. Shampoo actually makes my hair feel stiffer, so I keep gravitating towards this soap. I'm extremely satisfied with this product and want to keep buying it, though I'm a bit disappointed that the price has gone up. The scent is really not great. While I appreciate that it only has three ingredients, it smells a bit like laundry soap. However, I'm satisfied because the scent doesn't linger after washing. I wouldn't call this a tip exactly, but rather than applying it mainly to the hair, I part my hair and work up a lather on the scalp. When using, it produces small, dense bubbles with a slightly rich feel that lather up nicely and aren't irritating. After use, the skin feels squeaky clean, indicating strong cleansing effectiveness. I appreciate the gentle ingredients and reasonable price. After washing my hair, there's a slight stiffness that can't be ignored... When taking it out of the packaging, I disliked the strong floral scent, reminiscent of roses. Fortunately, when using it, the fragrance becomes more neutral, closer to a simple soap scent. I've been using this for a long time and I love it! I use it as a body lotion, and it works great even in winter without causing any dryness. There's nothing bad to say! While it doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling, it's perfect for use when the cold wind blows.
