It's absolutely unbearable! I'll have to find another way to lose body fat. It seems like many people have seen results, but I really can't handle it. It tastes so oily. Even when mixed into a shake, I still can't bring myself to drink it. While I couldn't consume it, I've heard the effects are remarkable. So I'd recommend it to those who really need it. By the way, the photo is indeed one I took myself. It's an old picture I uploaded to Hwahae and captured from there, which explains the poor image quality. I mix two scoops of the shake with one scoop of this. It's not particularly tasty, but it's easy enough to consume without any issues. This was one of the products I regularly took alongside all my Herbalife supplements. I added it to my shakes because it's said to help reduce body fat. The powder is incredibly fine. Apparently, the CLA component is derived from natural safflower seed oil extract. I always thought it was just good for bones, but it seems it aids in weight loss too. While I didn't notice any dramatic effects, I feel it did help with weight management when combined with protein shakes. Herbalife products are quite pricey, unfortunately. The powder tends to harden when exposed to air, so make sure to close the lid tightly!
