The color is great for men, with a fresh and matte finish. I love how it feels natural, lightweight, and easy to use without being heavy. It would be nice if there were a bit more color variety. I wish there were more options in darker shades. The skin finish is truly excellent. Given its matte formula, it worked wonders for an oily skin type like mine. This product seems to look its most beautiful as it wears throughout the day. It seems to darken quite noticeably over time. Due to its matte formula, it can sometimes feel a bit heavy on the skin.

Even someone who can't usually wear matte finishes found this easy to use. I typically have combination dehydrated skin with large pores, so matte cushions tend to cake and make my skin look patchy. When oil comes through, they usually crack and break down. But the Neo Cushion applies beautifully without any of those issues - I've gone through two compacts already! The design is absolutely gorgeous, and I think the puff really makes a difference. Now I understand why the Neo Cushion is so popular. The Neo line truly excels when it comes to powder products. I'm quite pleased with it. The coverage is great and I love how it becomes matte. It's really good! However, it didn't sit well on my skin and emphasized some dead skin cells. I'm shade 24, but even though this Neo Cushion is shade 25, it's on the lighter side, so it matches my complexion perfectly. There's nothing I particularly dislike about it. Even with vigorous application, it adheres well to my skin. As someone with a naturally darker complexion, even shade 23 can make my face look ghostly pale. But this one actually works quite well for me. I wish the puff was a bit larger. I've been using this for over a year now! It doesn't cause much darkening, and the cushion alone is enough to complete my base makeup, which I love. It tends to settle into the creases around my nose a bit. My skin tends to be a bit more yellow and ashy compared to those around me. I've always struggled with foundations floating on my skin, but this product matches my complexion so well that I can apply multiple layers without it looking cakey or unnatural. I've been using it consistently for months now... What's more, its coverage is really quite good, effectively concealing small blemishes and dark spots. I love how it creates a smooth, powder-fresh skin finish. For those with necks darker than their faces, don't bother trying to match your tone by applying foundation there. I made that mistake on a day I wore a white shirt, and even after just a few dabs along my jawline and neck, it transferred terribly (this product is particularly bad for that). It's also incredibly difficult to remove... I ended up throwing it away. Also, if you don't prep your skin properly, it will emphasize dead skin cells like crazy in dry areas such as around the nose and eyebrows in winter - be warned. Personally, despite having a darker, yellow-toned complexion, I found that layering this product excessively made me look overly yellow, almost like I had a clay mask on. While it's great at concealing blemishes and looking natural like your own skin, the product's inherently (slightly dark) yellow base means it lacks that bright, radiant finish. If you want a more noticeable brightening effect before and after makeup, try mixing this with a foundation that's one shade lighter.
