This is my go-to product for combating deep dryness in winter! The price might seem a bit steep, but it's worth it for the intense hydration it provides! The coverage is a bit lacking. It works best when paired with a concealer! - se********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 2, 2025
I've been using this for years because it's thin, moisturizing, and looks natural. I highly recommend it for those with dry skin without blemishes. The coverage is practically non-existent, so it might not be ideal for those who need more coverage. Also, it seems to have become a bit drier since the recent renewal. To prevent pilling, make sure to properly hydrate your skin with a good skincare routine beforehand. - su*******Combination SkinApr 3, 2025
I've been using this cushion for a winter glow, and it's been great. Even without meticulous skincare, it makes my skin texture look good. If you typically use shades 21 or 22, this shade should be perfect for you. The initial product dispensing might be tricky, so just be careful at the beginning and you'll get the hang of it. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, it feels excessively oily except on extremely dry winter days. I sometimes had to use a powder compact to mattify it. While it does create a pretty skin finish, honestly, I don't think it outperforms all other cushions. At this price point, I believe there are many Korean products that are similar or better. The way it fades is natural but not particularly attractive, so touch-ups are definitely necessary with this cushion. - hm*****Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 26, 2025
Perfect for dry skin types all year round! As someone with extremely dry skin, other foundations often made my skin look worse. But this one gives a beautiful skin finish, keeps my skin hydrated, and adds a lovely glow. There's honestly nothing I dislike about it. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the coverage is slightly less than some other cushions. However, it applies in an incredibly thin, lightweight layer. - ho******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2025
Personally, this is my holy grail cushion. It makes my skin look absolutely gorgeous. It gives a natural glow and has a beautiful color. I'm also satisfied with its coverage! If you apply too much, the glow might be a bit overwhelming. So what I do is first apply Chanel foundation as a base, then touch up with this cushion on my under-eye area, cheeks, forehead, and nose bridge. This gives me my favorite skin finish! - ma*****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 26, 2025
This is truly worth every penny despite the high price tag - the skin finish is absolutely mind-blowing! It's hands down the best cushion I've ever used. I've been alternating between YSL and NARS for ages, tried Givenchy too, and was considering Chanel since I didn't have any of their products. Now I'm kicking myself for not trying this sooner! My skin tone is on the darker side (bare face is around shade 23), so I initially bought B20 without realizing, but it was too dark. I switched to B10 and it's perfect. This particular model seems to run a bit dark. Don't expect it to cover blemishes though - this is more for evening out skin texture and complexion. The way it wears off is quite pretty on my skin too. The puff is absolute rubbish. It's a shame to ruin such an excellent product with a terrible applicator, so make sure to use a different puff. I applied it with a Hello Kitty puff I bought from Olive Young, and the skin finish was absolutely incredible. It looks just like bare skin! - ha******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 17, 2024
Natural look. I had the chance to try a sample and the color is very natural. It's a perfect match for Asian skin tone 21, with a color that blends seamlessly. It's ideal for those who use shade 21. The finish isn't necessarily bright, but very natural-looking. Moisturizing. The hydration is incredible, and as soon as you apply it, a peach scent spreads and feels incredibly refreshing. However, this might be a matter of personal preference. I don't particularly like products with added fragrances, and I found the peach scent a bit overwhelming, going beyond subtle to quite strong. As it's a glow type, it's on the moisturizing side. Radiance and luminosity. Recommended for dry skin. This cushion seems great for those with dry skin or who prioritize case design. It's an excellent cushion for fall and winter use. True to its glow type, it provides an amazing radiant finish. Highly recommended for dry skin! When it does wear off, it fades very naturally! Coverage. It's almost non-existent. The coverage seems to be medium-low at best. This product doesn't conceal freckles or blemishes. It might be suitable for those with already good skin. Adherence. I have combination skin, and it doesn't adhere as well as I expected. Since it's not a matte-fixing formula, it tends to separate a bit. When you sweat, it feels like it balls up in certain areas. Even with thorough skincare, it still slides and lifts. Disappointing how it separates around oily areas like the sides of the nose. Price. Honestly, for a product that costs over $100, it doesn't seem to live up to its price tag. At this price point, you might be better off buying a different department store foundation. It's too expensive. Compared to other dewy glow cushions from Korean brands, it doesn't feel significantly superior in quality, and the ingredients don't seem particularly impressive either. Blemishes. After just two days of use, I got a blemish under my eye. Probably due to pore-clogging ingredients. Recommended for those who prefer light makeup or quick application in fall and winter, and for those who love moisturizing cushions. - da******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedJul 26, 2024
It's Chanel, after all Creates a natural-looking complexion Improved coverage compared to the previous version Price (expensive) Frequently out of stock As natural as it looks, the coverage isn't exceptional - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 16, 2023
Beautiful skin finish. Feels moisturizing when applied, but quickly becomes velvety without being matte. Decent coverage. The peach scent might be hit or miss. Feels cool when applying. Virtually no staying power. Disappears with a drop of water or the slightest touch. Even with a setting spray, it's the same. Never seen a cushion that sits so lightly on the skin before. Amount control is crucial. You need to employ every trick in the book to improve its non-existent longevity. Still, once you get used to it, you might find yourself reaching for it often. However, at this price point, I probably wouldn't repurchase. - el******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 22, 2023
30s. Dry skin. Thin and sensitive complexion. The renewed version is so much better. The quantity has increased to 15g too. Before the renewal, it was a cushion I could only use when my skin was in good condition, but now it has improved coverage and the skin finish is absolutely top-notch! It looks even more beautiful as time passes rather than right after application. Chanel's signature luxurious glow, skin expression... and hydration. I'm sticking with this one! No darkening at all. Thank you, Chanel. The price is wicked. No refill included with the full-size product. (Can be purchased separately) Doesn't cover pores completely. Tends to pill when touching up. However, it looks much prettier as time passes, so it's actually more beautiful without touch-ups. Don't swipe it on, gently pat it instead!
