I used to use a cleansing gel, but my skin's been so dry lately that I switched to a milk type! I've only been using it for a few days, but I'm already thrilled with the results! First off, there's absolutely no tight or dry feeling after washing my face. If anything, my skin feels super soft and smooth. It's like my skin gets hydrated while cleansing, and it seems to help my next skincare products absorb better! I usually only rinse with water in the morning (full cleansing makes me too dry) and do a single cleanse at night. With this, I only need to use about a third of my usual evening amount in the morning, and it doesn't dry me out at all! Since I started using it, I've noticed the tiny bumps and clogged pores on my jawline have slightly decreased. The bottle is generous too, so I don't feel guilty about using multiple pumps. I highly recommend this for those with dry, very dry, or combination dehydrated skin! Up until my early to mid-20s, I had super oily skin, but now in my early 30s, the area under my eyes and my cheeks have mysteriously become dry. I'd been using my previous cleansing gel for years without any issues, but even that started to feel drying after cleansing, which is why I switched. While I absolutely recommend this cleanser for those with dry skin, I think people with very oily skin, severe acne, or blemish-prone skin might find it a bit too rich (especially if you prefer that squeaky clean feeling - this might make you wonder if you've even cleansed at all). If you're unsure or worried, you might want to use this as your first cleanse and follow up with a second cleanser. However, I never did a second cleanse even when I had extremely oily skin, and my dermatologist actually said double cleansing can be really harsh on the skin. I've even seen influencers wreck their skin trying the oil-foam double cleanse routine... Anyway, I think this could be enough on its own, but if you wear heavy makeup regularly, you might want to follow up with a gentle foam or gel cleanser. For those like me who just wear sunscreen or light BB cream, this should be sufficient on its own! In the evening, I use about five generous pumps, gently massaging it all over my face with light pressure, taking my time to cover every area. Then I wet my hands slightly and massage again before using a disposable sponge soaked in water to softly wipe my face. This removes most makeup effortlessly! (Of course, I use dedicated removers for eye makeup and lipstick.) - si****Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedSep 2, 2024
The Hwahae Testers' Holy Grail First Cleanse: Cleansing Milk by Éclat du Visage Honestly, I want to keep this product all to myself, but it's already so famous! Éclat du Visage is a brand trusted by those who truly invest in their skin care. I'm writing the first review on Hwahae since there weren't any yet! My skin texture has been flawless lately, and I'm in such a good mood because of it. It feels like my skin barrier has finally returned to its natural state. I've stopped experimenting with products just because of ads or curiosity. Now that I'm using only what my skin truly needs, I'm finally achieving my dream skin! Although I barely wear makeup (just a tiny bit of Laneige BB cushion, eyebrow product, and lip balm), I always use this cleansing milk for my first cleanse. Why? Not only is it great for removing impurities, but it also helps with the excess sebum that explodes in midsummer. Before wetting my face, I thoroughly wash my hands and apply 5 pumps to my dry face. I massage it for 2-3 minutes as if it were a massage cream, then rinse it off. The result? An incredible glow! It removes all the oil while leaving my skin feeling hydrated. After following up with my second cleanser (which I purchased with my own money), my skin feels incredibly soothed and my texture visibly improves. I've just finished my first bottle and am about to repurchase, so I wanted to leave this genuine review. I'm extra grateful to my friend who recommended this product - I miss you! P.S. I've already bought another bottle! I honestly can't find any cons, no matter how hard I try. The ingredients are worth every penny. I've tried ultra-luxury lines from Chanel and Dior, but nothing beats Éclat du Visage for a first cleanse milk. It's already a staple in aesthetic clinics. Éclat du Visage, let's be together forever without being discontinued! Please refer to the main text! Also, for those stressing about their skin, it might be best to avoid cleansing oils and balms as much as possible. I've tried them all, but found that milk cleansers are the gentlest and least irritating.
