This is hands down the best foundation I've ever used. The glow it gives your skin is absolutely insane, even hours after application. My friends always ask what foundation I'm wearing because it looks that good. It's super hydrating, so my skin never feels dry. The best part? It doesn't break down quickly, and there's zero pilling or visible dead skin cells. It's just perfect. The coverage is a bit light, but it works great if you use a concealer for extra coverage where needed. For best results, apply with a dense sponge. It pairs wonderfully with Jung Saem Mool's water mist too. - 9w********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 1, 2025
Hydration: It's more on the dewy side, falling between semi-matte and semi-glow, leaning towards a moisturizing foundation. Coverage: Offers medium to high coverage. Longevity: Maintains a flawless finish without any patchiness throughout wear. Hydration: Not as moisturizing as expected. Color: The pink base with grayish undertones doesn't provide a natural look. Pump: Requires significant pressure to dispense product, and it tends to splatter when it comes out, which is disappointing. - sy******Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 13, 2025
The lightweight formula is so gentle on my face, causing no irritation. It's absolutely amazing! I truly loved it so much. There's nothing to complain about. Honestly, there's not a single thing I dislike. It's that good! - su********Dry SkinSensitive SkinApr 6, 2025
I loved how it brightened my complexion, allowing me to achieve a clear, radiant look with my makeup However, as someone with dry skin, I found it too drying and it always made my skin look flaky. I barely reached for it, leaving about half the foundation unused... - r5********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 31, 2025
I've been using this for about three months now. It's hard to tell from the photo, but it has a pinkish tint. The way it absorbs is okay, and while it's not the perfect foundation for my dry skin, which is a bit disappointing... However, it has good coverage and staying power, so I'm still using it regularly! It's really frustrating that it's difficult to control the amount. Even when I want to use just a little, too much comes out. - cr*********Dehydrated SkinRecommendedMar 29, 2025
I bought this at duty-free and was surprised by how well it covers and accentuates pores. Being water-based, it's a bit tricky to find the right combination with skincare or sunscreen. I've tried applying it with both a puff and a spatula, but I'd recommend using a spatula. You'll need to pay extra attention to your skincare routine with this. While it didn't cause any blemishes, it's more matte than I expected. - 92********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedMar 15, 2025
I absolutely loved that there was no caking at all! If I just control the amount well, I don't think there's a foundation that suits me better than this one. This is the only foundation I use now! It seems you need to touch up your makeup with this foundation. Also, the coverage isn't particularly impressive! - ye********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 9, 2025
It adheres thinly to the skin and gives a subtle glow, which I absolutely love. The variety of shades available is also fantastic. The coverage for blemishes is quite weak, so you definitely need to use a concealer. Plus, it's on the pricier side. - sm********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 8, 2025
Usage Period: December 2024 - January 2025 Usage Frequency: About 14 times Reasons for Purchase: - Texture that's neither too hydrating nor too matte - Needed a pink-based foundation, as most existing ones are yellow-toned - Moderate coverage Review After Use: - Decent coverage - Between hydrating and semi-matte - Doesn't cause blemishes or acne - Doesn't apply too thick - Staying power is good. It doesn't break down even after a long time. - The shade 'Oslo' isn't as light as I expected. It's actually less white than other fair foundation shades. In conclusion, I'm considering repurchasing. If you don't absolutely need the long-lasting, high-coverage Estée Lauder products, I think this one is pretty good. I recommend it. Shade: I wish there was a shade one step lighter than Oslo for a brighter look. It feels even more hydrating when used with a face mist. - ch******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 10, 2025
Left is right after going out (8:30 AM), right is after returning home (11:30 PM). I usually don't touch up my makeup and just use Canmake Beauty Secret Medicated Powder to control oil. Among glow foundations, this one had the best longevity on my skin. It applies thinly, doesn't depend on skin condition, gives a bright color with almost no darkening! I apply it after using a primer. It covers pores decently and feels moisturizing, giving a skincare vibe. It applies well but isn't a full-on glow foundation or one with intense hydration, so it sets quickly. It's not the type to emit an intense glow, but rather gives a smooth, reflective finish that adheres well to the skin!! Highly recommended for combination dehydrated skin! I found the coverage quite high, but it might be difficult to cover for those with many blemishes. It's great for evening skin tone and covering light spots, pores, and texture. Your skin looks really good! With powder on top, it lasts long with a light semi-matte finish. I love it in many ways, it's become my holy grail foundation! I usually use shades 17-19, and Oslo was a perfect match. Those who use shade 21 might find it gives a bright look. Even though I tend to be oily, I used it comfortably, and it doesn't break down messily due to oil. (Without primer and powder, it slightly melts away; with primer alone, it maintains a glowy skin look; with powder, it naturally develops a semi-glow sheen by evening) It has a strong pink base, so absolutely not recommended for those who don't suit pink undertones. Also not recommended for those wanting an extremely glowy foundation. It doesn't give a radiant glow. The name 'Light Reflecting' is spot on - it reflects light for a smooth, luminous look. That's why I recommend it for oily or combination dehydrated skin who want to try a glow foundation When T-zone and cheek area oil makes glow foundations look messy, and primers tend to pill, I use Primavista Makeup Base for Extremely Oily Skin (black tube). Personally, I found it controls oil better, longer, and more effectively than Cezanne Blue Base, with less conflict with skincare. (It rarely pills) While it doesn't cover texture like silicone primers that fill pores, it manages oil and improves skin texture, significantly reducing the appearance of pores. Its thin formula and easy application reduce chances of mistakes when in a hurry. It pairs very well with Light Reflecting. I used this combination (+ Canmake Secret Beauty Powder 01 Medicated) at a summer concert and it held up perfectly without touch-ups! As for application, the Espoir Velvety Puff applies it best, so I always use that when I'm in a hurry. For more precise application, I use those small pink triangular sponges from Daiso (the ones that come in a big pack), dampened with water. It applies even thinner, which is perfect when layering with other concealers. This method definitely improves longevity (though it's already good) and how your face looks after some time!
