It's so beautiful, it's just the essence of peanut color haha. It's great to apply when finishing with a glossy touch. Just because it's in a jar doesn't mean it has to be applied by hand. While it may raise some hygiene concerns, it's still quite lovely. - ze**********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 21, 2024
I'm even more pleased with this than I expected! Having previously used the Apple Balm, I was already familiar with its glossy finish and moisturizing properties. When I decided to buy another one, I was torn about which color to choose, but I settled on the Peanut Balm. I wanted a shade that would be suitable for daily wear and easy to mix with other lip products, and this color fits the bill perfectly. I was a bit concerned that it might look too dull or that the color would be too light when applied alone. Thankfully, both worries were unfounded. While it's not a highly saturated color, it doesn't appear muddy or dull at all. Instead, it gives a transparent beige-pink tint with a lovely glow. The color shows up well even when worn on its own. (The photo shows my lips with just the Peanut Balm applied.) It looks beautiful worn alone, and it also pairs wonderfully with most warm-toned reds or rose-colored lip products when layered on top. Although the pot packaging might be a bit inconvenient, I believe this formulation is necessary to achieve such a unique texture. Considering the quality, it's worth the slight inconvenience. Apart from the slightly reduced portability, I don't have any particular complaints about this product.
