I've repurchased this product. It's absolutely fantastic for deep pore cleansing, refining pore appearance, and removing dead skin cells. The tightening effect is also great. It's effective on blemishes too, so I use it consistently 2-3 times a week. It's also convenient since you only need to apply it for a short time before washing it off. It may cause some irritation. I always avoid applying it near my eyes as it can cause redness in that area. After using this, it's wonderful to apply a generous amount of hydrating moisturizer and follow up with a modeling mask. I highly recommend this for oily skin during the summer months. - ko*********Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 3, 2025
I bought this for my blackheads, and it's pretty effective when used after a sebum softener to clear out pores. It has small granules that help exfoliate dead skin cells at the same time. It's a bit pricey, and the results aren't as dramatic as I'd hoped for the cost. The mud mask tends to tighten as it dries, which can make your face feel slightly taut. This product works well as part of a layered skincare routine, especially for combination dehydrated skin. While it helps with blemishes and pore care, it may not be suitable for those with super sensitive skin due to the slight tightening effect. Consider using a hydrating face mask afterwards to balance the skin's oil and moisture levels. - th*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 23, 2025
After using it, my pores do seem to shrink, though it might be temporary! Still, on days when I need my makeup to look flawless, I make sure to use this. There's a slight irritation, and the price point is a bit disappointing. - hy********Combination SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedJun 12, 2025
I was really pleased to see how my pores looked cleaner right after using it. When I applied the product, I felt a slight tingling sensation, which indicated some irritation. If you use this product after showering, it's even more effective at removing excess sebum. - zj********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedJun 6, 2025
Oh my goodness, this is truly a darling product! As you use it, you'll notice those pesky blackheads disappearing and your skin becoming delightfully plump and soft. However, for those who struggle with laziness, it might be a bit of a hassle to use regularly. A great tip: apply it to your face for a moment while you're in the shower, do other things, then rinse it off. This way, it's not inconvenient at all and works wonderfully! - wi*******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 5, 2025
I picked this up during MediCube's sale last year. It's decent enough to use. I bought it after seeing tons of ads on Reels, but the results aren't as dramatic as they make it seem in the commercials. - go********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresMay 29, 2025
I've always been a fan of mud masks, so I was curious to try Medicube's version. I liked how it had a thin consistency that spread easily on the skin. It also dried quickly. After using it, my skin completely freaked out. Redness and blemishes popped up all over my face, and I felt itchy. I don't think I'll ever use this again. - tj*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedMay 14, 2025
The formula was not thick and sticky, so it was easy to apply. As mentioned in the review, as time passed, the pores became clearly visible, which was a bit shocking. After the pack, the skin was smooth, and the pack dried quickly, so it didn't take long, which was great. After applying the product, if there is redness on the skin, it seems like I should only treat the areas that are concerning due to enlarged pores. - rk**********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 8, 2025
I use this about once a week for my extremely complicated combination skin. I typically use it after heavy makeup or on days when I've worn makeup for a long time. The biggest perk is that you only need to leave it on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing. Those 10-20 minute masks are such a hassle that I often end up skipping them, but the short time for this one is really appealing. - After cleansing, you can visibly see how much cleaner your pores are - It feels refreshing - There's a slight tingling sensation, but any redness disappears quickly after rinsing (depends on your skin condition) - Honestly, I'm not sure if my pores are actually shrinking, but they look noticeably smaller because they're so clean - It has an exfoliating effect (When it turns white, I rinse before my face feels too tight. If you wet your hands and gently roll, you can feel something gritty, like dead skin cells being removed) - After cleansing, my skin feels so fresh, clean, and revitalized! Personally, I love it so much that I've never used a cleansing mask this frequently before. I'll definitely repurchase - I've almost used it all up already! There's a tingling sensation immediately after application, but it was fine for me after rinsing. Those with super sensitive skin might want to avoid it. I skip using it for about 2 days after exfoliating! I wash it off before my face starts to feel tight, when it's fully dry and white. I never leave it on for more than 5 minutes. When cleansing, I wet my palms and gently press them against my face for about 3 seconds to moisten the mask, then softly roll my hands to remove it. Don't rub too hard as it might irritate your skin. Make sure to wet it thoroughly and roll gently! If you're feeling lazy, it's also good to just apply the mask to your nose, T-zone, and butterfly zone. - el******Combination SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 7, 2025
I use this when the weather gets warmer and my pores feel enlarged. It has a pore-tightening effect, so after using it, my pores feel noticeably smaller. It can be drying after use, so make sure to rinse it off with lukewarm water after the recommended time and follow up with a hydrating product to add moisture.
