This is truly the ultimate exfoliating pad! I have a lot of dead skin cells but can't use peeling products due to irritation. These pads are great because they remove dead skin cells without causing any irritation. It doesn't remove dead skin cells completely. Still, it's pretty good. Before applying makeup, it's nice to gently wipe areas with more dead skin cells using the embossed side of the pad. - un****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 26, 2025
1. Each one is easy to apply 2. Great value for money 3. Scent: Not unpleasant 1. Had to stop using it as it caused blemishes, possibly due to incompatibility with my skin 2. The container is too large I think it would help makeup adhere better if used before applying cosmetics - 7n********Oily SkinAcne SkinJun 20, 2025
It's a pretty average toner pad, so I can't really pinpoint any standout features. For oily skin in the height of summer, it wasn't particularly satisfying. If you're expecting a typical toner, this might not be for you. It's stickier and has a richer feel than most toners. In my experience, it didn't even help with dead skin cells. I regret buying it thinking it was a regular toner. There's only a small amount of BHA in it, so you might be better off just buying a regular toner instead. If you have dry skin and need help with dead skin cells... it might be worth trying. - ms*****Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedJun 19, 2025
Skinfood isn't usually a brand I prefer or use often, but I found myself in urgent need of some face pads. While searching for a cost-effective option, I stumbled upon this new Skinfood product on sale and decided to give it a try. When I first saw it, I thought, "Shine Muscat and Cica!?" It seemed like an unusual combination, which piqued my interest and raised my expectations. The thickness of the pads is average - not too thin or transparent. They're well-soaked in toner, making them pleasantly hydrating. While the ingredients are supposed to help with dead skin cell removal, the effect was a bit underwhelming for me, so I'm giving it 3 points. The pads have a good balance of moisture without feeling sticky. They absorb well into the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed. The unique combination of Shine Muscat (a type of grape) and Cica (Centella Asiatica) seems to work together to brighten and soothe the complexion. Despite not being my go-to brand, this product from Skinfood has certainly caught my attention with its innovative approach to skincare. - as*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 5, 2025
[Pad Texture] The dual-sided texture allows for both exfoliation and soothing, making it versatile for different skin needs. Generously soaked in essence, so you don't have to worry about the pads drying out during use. [Absorption] After wiping, it leaves the skin feeling fresh without any stickiness, absorbing well into the skin. Provides enough hydration that you might not need to apply a separate toner. [User Experience] Immediately after use, you can feel your skin texture becoming noticeably smoother and more refined. The pleasant grape scent makes it a nice pick-me-up for your skincare routine. [Sensitivity] Gentle enough to use even on sensitive days without any tingling or irritation. A low-irritation product that's perfect for daily use without any concerns. [Recommended Skin Types] Particularly suitable for oily and combination skin types that need help with dead skin cells and sebum control. While safe for dry skin types to use without irritation, additional moisturizing steps may be needed. The scent might be hit or miss for some people! Personally, I didn't mind it. For an extra soothing effect, try placing the pads on your cheeks or forehead like a mini-mask to calm heat and refine skin texture. - ch********RecommendedMay 15, 2025
This is an absolute supernatural being. Seriously, it's acne-prone sebum, but after using this, it just goes away. The finishing touch is also good, and I've tried countless pads that are said to be good for acne, but this is the best, so I've made it a permanent part of my routine. There is none at all. I hope it does not spread too far away without discontinuation. - co*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 3, 2025
It leaves my skin feeling fresh and light while still providing great hydration - I love it! Unfortunately, the sheets don't split in half easily, so I end up using a whole sheet each time, which means I go through them quickly. - my*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedApr 29, 2025
I finished the whole pack and bought a refill. The pads are thick and moist, making them perfect for masking. Naturally, being thicker means they're not as flexible as thinner pads, but I still used them with satisfaction. - hj***Combination SkinRecommendedApr 24, 2025
The sheet mask is pleasantly thick and generously soaked in essence. It has both textured and smooth areas, allowing for gentle exfoliation of dead skin cells when lightly wiped across the face. Afterwards, I flip it over and gently pat it onto my skin. One drawback is that, perhaps because it's a refill, it doesn't come in a resealable package. Without the original container, I had to transfer it to a ziplock bag. It would be great if they could provide an airtight, resealable package for those who want to use it right away, to help maintain freshness.
