I loved how these toner pads provided instant soothing effects. While the scent might be divisive for some, I personally adore the herbal aroma - it's absolutely delightful to me. The pads lack proper adhesion. Once applied, they gradually come loose and fall off, indicating insufficient stickiness. As most of you probably know, it's best to split the pad in half before use for maximum efficiency. - kx*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 15, 2025
As someone with sensitive, blemish-prone skin, I prefer gentle products. These pads with water dropwort extract are perfect for managing excess oil and blemishes in a mild way. The water dropwort extract contains pantothenic acid, which is great for taking care of oily skin and dead skin cells. It also seems to balance oil and moisture levels nicely after use. These pads are ideal for sensitive, blemish-prone skin. They have a subtle, soothing herbal scent. The thick pads feel sufficiently hydrating too. Highly recommended for daily use! The only slight disappointment is that tweezers aren't included, which would have been a nice touch. - su**********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessJul 14, 2025
It's moisturizing, but I don't think it suits my skin type. I had such high hopes, but it's not really effective and doesn't adhere well to my face, constantly sliding off, which is inconvenient. The pads don't seem particularly soft either - they're irritating, rough, and painful. I'm using the pads, but I don't see any improvement in my skin. It just causes itching and discomfort. If you have super sensitive skin, I'd advise against buying this. The product's hydration is noteworthy, but it may not be suitable for all skin types. Those with sensitive skin should be cautious, as the pads can cause irritation and discomfort. The lack of adherence to the skin and the absence of visible results are significant drawbacks. Consider your skin's needs carefully before purchasing. - da******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 12, 2025
The pads have a gentle texture, and I bought them for blemish care - they really did wonders for my breakouts without any irritation! They're soaked in essence, so they leave my skin feeling hydrated. I had high expectations, and this product definitely lived up to them. There's not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, it might be the scent...? It could be a bit polarizing for some people. - ju*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJul 11, 2025
It's gentle on sensitive skin without any tingling sensation. When I apply it as a spot treatment on large blemishes, they gradually fade away. I tried all four varieties - carrot, acorn, potato, and water dropwort. I had the highest hopes for the water dropwort pads since they're supposed to be good for acne-prone skin like mine. However, the day after using them, I noticed an unusual increase in small bumps on my skin. The reviewer experimented with different types of pads, focusing on their effectiveness for acne-prone skin. While the product worked well for larger blemishes without irritating sensitive skin, the water dropwort variety unexpectedly caused small breakouts, contrary to its intended benefits. - le**********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedJul 11, 2025
The pads are thick, so you can tear them into multiple pieces, which is great for getting more use out of them. There's nothing I'm particularly disappointed with. I'm completely satisfied and will definitely repurchase. - ye*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 8, 2025
Great for those with oily skin, regardless of the season! I didn't find any particular downsides. The application feels nice, and the pads are a bit thick, so you can split them in half and apply them - works well! - we***********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJul 8, 2025
I saw blemishes calm down after just one day of use, so I've been using it consistently ever since... While Skinfood's carrot and potato lines are much more famous, personally, I found the water parsley line to be far superior!! The pads were soft and quite nice!!! However, since they're rather thick, the adherence of the pads to the skin was a bit disappointing - dw********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 4, 2025
I tried this with a sample that was lying around at home, and it was so amazing! It's incredibly effective at calming acne, and I absolutely loved the texture of the pads. The hydration boost is off the charts! I can't forget how great it was even after just using a few samples for a week. I'm planning to buy it as soon as I finish my current product. There's not really anything disappointing about it! Any issues would probably just come down to personal preference. - ac*****Dry SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedJul 4, 2025
Quick soothing & hydration boost: With 60 generously soaked pads per container, they retain moisture much longer than my usual cotton pad and toner routine. When placed on blemishes, you can actually feel the redness and heat subsiding. Thick pads & generous size: Chunkier and larger than standard pads, you can even split them in half and still get plenty of hydrating power. No sensitivity issues for my atopic skin: Despite having some lingering atopic dermatitis and eczema, these didn't trigger any blemishes or irritation. Occasional difficulty separating pads: While I appreciate the thickness, sometimes it's a hassle to pull out individual sheets as they can tear or stick together. After going round in circles, I ended up switching back to my carrot pads. Don't expect miracles: Using these for skincare won't magically make acne disappear overnight. However, they do work wonders when applied to areas like back acne. 1. Cut pads in half to conserve product The golden rule for Skinfood pads. Halve them for double the usage! By using half a pad, I could stretch the product's lifespan while still maintaining good hydration levels. 2. Use as a soothing treatment post-shower or on irritated days After an evening shower, gently placing these on your face feels refreshing and really helps calm any redness.
