The pads are slightly smaller than carrot pads, with a somewhat firm texture that tends to unfold when you try to fold them. They're on the thicker side, so they don't adhere perfectly to your face, especially around contours. But don't let that put you off! The thickness actually means these pads are absolutely drenched in essence. They stay moist for an incredibly long time! The tub contains more essence than any other pad product I've tried. Towards the end, I even added extra cotton pads to soak up the remaining essence. True to Goodal's reputation, the soothing properties of the essence are fantastic. Unlike trendy cooling products that just reduce heat, these pads use essence ingredients to calm your skin. You can feel the soothing effects even after absorption - it's like the calming ingredients are working their magic deep within your skin! While I loved how saturated the pads were, they didn't adhere as well as I'd like. Unlike carrot pads, you can't split these to cover specific areas, so I went through them pretty quickly. It's a bit of a shame since I enjoyed the product so much - I wish it lasted longer! Here's a great summer tip: Sometimes you want to layer different serums or creams for brightening, soothing, skin regeneration, or barrier repair, but it feels too heavy in the heat, right? Try this: Apply all your desired products, then cover your entire face with one of these pads. I even add a thin sheet mask on top to boost absorption. When you remove the pad, you'll find everything's absorbed nicely without feeling heavy. This method leaves your skin deeply hydrated and plump. I love how it cools down my skin. When I use it as part of my evening skincare routine, I can feel the improvement in my skin the next day. I'm really enjoying using this product. It provides an abundance of hydration too! It's not quite as effective as the Hwahae pads, in my opinion. It's incredibly hydrating and doesn't irritate my skin at all, even when I pat it in. The amount of essence is generous - it's fantastic! The essence is so abundant that it drips down, which is inconvenient. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints.

The mask comes with plenty of pads and a generous amount of essence, so I feel like I've really gotten my money's worth. Using it before applying makeup is absolutely amazing! There wasn't anything particularly disappointing or unsatisfactory about it! I'm still using it regularly and enjoying it.
